THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Here you can relax with family or friends in a quiet environment surrounded by greenery. You have room for several cars next to the house. Of course, you park for free. If you want to take the commuter train to Gothenburg, you can park your car at Ale Torg, where the commuter train will take you to the city in 15 minutes. Nowadays, many disc golfers want to stay in Nödinge, as the Ale Disc Golf Center is only 6 minutes away.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay overlooking Lake Lysevatten. Paddle a canoe, have a sauna evening and enjoy. A stage of the Bohusleden trail is nearby. In Stenungsund, on Tjörn and Orust, there are many excursion destinations. You can, for example, fish for crabs in the sea, take a boat to Åstol, visit Göksäter on Orust, hike the Bohusleden etc. Departure cleaning is done by the guest, checklist for cleaning and materials are provided in the cottage. It is possible to book departure cleaning, subject to time, at a cost of SEK 1,200.

Dream place by the lake

For next summer, please make a contact. Our home has a fantastic location overlooking the lake. The house (139 m2) is located by Lake Ømmern, 50 km from Gothenburg. The house, which is located on its own peninsula (3.5 acres), is isolated at the front and has sun from morning to evening. From the terrace you go directly into the lake with its own sandy beach and jetty. In addition to the main house with large living room with fireplace, kitchen, 4 bedrooms (8 people), there is a single annex with room for 4 extra in the summer (cannot be heated).

Cozy guest house next to golf course!

Welcome to our lovely guesthouse located just outside Gothenburg next to Alvhems Kunsgårds Golf Course. If you play golf you have 20 meters to the nearest tee and if you want to go to Gothenburg, it is a 23 minute train ride to Gothenburg Central. The cottage is new and can easily accommodate 4 people. There is room for up to 6 people if you want to sleep in the loft. Private shower/toilet and a simple kitchen are available in the cabin. Cleaning is not included but is done by the guest. On the farm, there are hens that provide fresh eggs for breakfast (mostly), we who rent out live on the neighboring farm and have Gotland sheep that often graze in the pastures around the house.
