Holiday rentals with breakfast in Alvin

Tina's home was perfect for what we needed. It was only 10 minutes from MD Anderson, grocery shops and restaurants which is exactly what was needed. The open floor concept was perfect and the backyard was peaceful and relaxing. I will absolutely book the property again the next time I am in Houston.

Sarah’s place was awesome and the pictures were just as shown. The location was quiet and the place was clean and spotless. Her response to the small inquiries we had were awesome. She is definitely a great host. I hope the next time I’m in Houston, this spot is available because it was beautiful.

I had a great stay at Sam’s place! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt very welcoming. Sam was an incredibly patient and accommodating host—my flight was delayed three times, and I didn’t arrive until after 11:00 PM, and he was still kind and understanding throughout. Highly recommend staying here!

This place was beyond incredible! So comfortable and truly much more than we expected. Great communication and such polite hosts!

We enjoyed our stay in Galveston. Karen was a great communicator. We appreciated the coffee and snacks for breakfast. The outdoor area would be amazing in spring and fall but a little too hot for the summer. Perfect spot before our cruise.

Stayed here for my birthday for a couple days and I absolutely loved it! Olivia was very helpful and clear with the instructions so everything ran very smoothly. I loved that she checked in on me once in a while to make sure everything was good! 10/10 would recommend booking this place!!

Excellent amenities and lots of little extras. A short drive to almost everything. Deborah was very accommodating and helpful! Keep in mind that it is an old house, and all that entails, in addition to the local train and animal noise. The bed may not be for everyone - I found it quite firm, but others may enjoy it. I don’t think you can find better value elsewhere though!

Rachel was an incredibly responsive and kind host! One of the nights we got too cold and she had blankets sent that night to improve our experience. Great host! The apartment has a smart tv and full kitchen which improved our experience there a lot.

We were in town for the Houston Livestock Show and it was definitely a short walking distance to the NRG Center and you can feel safe leaving your vehicle as it’s in a secured parking garage. Robert was great to have as a host and was extremely helpful. The cleaning service people forgot to leave linens for blowup mattress so he called and said he would drop some off and he didn’t. The space was a little tight, but still bigger than a hotel room and made you feel at home. Might not mean too much to some people, but when you’re gone for home for almost 5-6 wks in a roll, you tend to miss the homeliness of a place and Robert’s place can provide you that home away from home feeling.

Simply a phenomenal place with modern fixtures, well equipped easy to use appliances, and superb use of space. Will definitely use again if I take another trip to Houston. When cozy and relaxing are a must, the Zen Studio is the best. -Cesar

She was very responsive to all of my questions and everything went smoothly. The space was clean and quiet and easy to find. I would definitely stay again when Im in the area.

Carolyn is so sweet and extremely helpful. The room itself was so welcoming and private. The check in process was easy and not only did we love this place but we absolutely loved the neighborhood and area. Next time we are in the area, we will definitely book this again.

This place has everything - fabulous food, great hosts, good location that’s a quick walk to the beach and downtown, and quiet comfortable rooms. We loved our true bed and breakfast experience. Our hosts were wonderful and very accommodating. We wish we could have stayed longer! It was perfect for us because we’re not super touristy and don’t love big crowds and fussy places. This stay was stylish without being stiff and empty. A truly memorable experience all around!

Cozy home environment. Fantastic hospitality. The biscuits and gravy and marmalades are to die for! The couple is very friendly and makes you feel right at home

Nice b&b. The room was spacious and clean. The balcony was really great. For the price the rooftop rooms are a great option and the place feels secluded yet still close to everything. Transit is super close and Menil and a host of bars and restaurants are close by. I'm sure s family could stay here but this place is more suited to artists and business folk. If I were here on business I'd snag an upper floor room. I'll definitely stay here again.
