Very clean & comfortable, we stayed during a visit to MD Anderson. Great host, super helpful & patient with my lack of technical knowledge! We will definitely stay at the Fornix home again!

Visit in mid-June was great! Beach not too crowded. Beautiful accommodations and loved the kitchen! Host was clear on instructions to make our stay perfect! I would definitely book again.

Tracy’s place was everything I hoped it would be. Very peaceful . very clean and welcoming. Whatever you may need in the kitchen, it’s there. We spent a lot of our time sitting out on the balcony watching the fish jump out and the birds flying by. Perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon reading and evening night cap. Great location for visiting family. Only 10 minutes away, if that. Next visit, we will stay there again. We found our home away from home. Tracy is friendly and quick to respond . She is an excellent host!

The hosts were very responsive and helpful. They sent a list of things my son might like to do once we arrived at the condo, and followed up to ensure everything was going well.

Very cozy place. Felt like home. Great location. Crossing Seawall Blvd to get to the water was easy and could be done with small children. Douglas is a great and prompt communicator. Highly recommend.

Great location to attractions and restaurants without being in the middle of the commotion. Highly recommend this property!!

Had everything I needed and thensome. No issues with check-in or parking, easy walk across the street to the beach where there is canopies and beach chairs if you don't want the hassle of taking your own. Hosts were quick to respond and courteous.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect — right on the beach with stunning ocean views that we enjoyed every morning and evening. It was peaceful, relaxing, and just what we were hoping for. What made this stay even more special was the host’s personal touch. We were celebrating my granddaughter’s birthday, and the host went out of their way to make it memorable by putting up a “Happy Birthday” banner just for her. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel incredibly welcome and appreciated. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable and had amazing views to wake up to. We can’t thank the host enough for their hospitality and attention to detail. We loved this place! We were working a graveyard shift, so before we left and when we got home were perfect fishing times. It's very serene and peaceful. The house worked out perfect for us. it was clean and comfortable. Vanessa was great and really attentive. Thank you! Hoping to stay here next time.

Beautiful home. The pictures do not do it justice. The home was great for an enjoyable weekend trip and I would recommend this house to anybody who is looking for a big house with things to do.

We had a wonderful stay and it’s was perfect. The golf cart was so helpful getting to the beach and other areas that was close. I will always come back to this location and recommend all of my friends as well.

The home was just as described. The beach was so close we could easily run back to the house if something was needed. We appreciated the use of the beach chairs and the wagon. We had a great stay.

The condo was great - I only needed one night for meeting up with family, not all places will accommodate that in peak season so I really appreciated it. Everything was exceptionally clean, the view was amazing and the property is great. I would definitely recommend for a couple or small family getaway.

Walking distance to the beach! Across the street are Seawall stairs. Everything was so clean and well stocked. The ac felt great after a long day swimming. Very responsive and helpful! Would love to come back!

The only negative I can say about it is that the street between the condo unit and the beach is quite busy and noisy, but we knew the street was there from the pictures so we weren’t surprised.

Loved our stay . Great condo on the second floor. Easy check in and out. Gregory checked in on us every day to make sure everything was as we needed. All amenities at the condo available for stay. While a bit isolated from the rest of Galveston it’s what makes this location quiet and peaceful. The pool and lazy river are amazing. Property has on site lift for the pool which made our stay even more pleasant . The bar was open which was also a treat . Didn’t get to experience the on site spa . Seawall Cafe and Sea Horse Grill are hidden gems. We loved our stay and would definitely return

Very easy to find and in a great location for those of you that want a quieter beach but still close to everything.

We enjoyed our weekend stay here! The condo was cozy and perfectly placed to see the ocean and pool from the balcony. There were a lot of options on what to do in the area. They even provided a cooler and beach toys if needed. Great communication with the host as well.

Perfect spot for a quiet getaway with family or friends, with a direct view of the beach from two small balconies and a small, very clean pool in the complex. Unit has everything you need, including beach towels available for use. On the "first" floor (really the second), and high enough to have a good view of the ocean over the dunes. Older but very clean and well maintained complex with excellent customer service at the front desk. Owner was incredibly responsive to questions and communications. Went with my adult son with a disability who loved the safe, smaller size of the complex and the quieter atmosphere. We will definitely be back!
