Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Amherstburg

A terrific home we will be happy to visit again. A very clean space, a large bathroom and the best stocked AirBnb kitchen for all of my cooking needs. We loved the patio, BBQ grill and backyard. A truly pet- friendly home. The bed was so comfy and the bedroom in the back was peaceful. Everything in the house worked. We also loved the plants because we have house plants and it makes the space feel like home. Loved the fresh smell in the home, no artificial fragrances; just a clean home! The area is also beautiful with lots of easy access to grocery stores and wineries. LCBO, Shoppers Drug Mart and Tim Horton’s within walking distance if you are in a pinch for something. Superhost status well deserved!

Where to begin! I LOVED, this place! Jeffrey is thee best host ever! The bathroom is to die for! The area is beautiful, walkable and vibrant. Detroit is making a huge comeback and Jeffrey’s place is right on the pulse. I booked for two more days than originally scheduled as I couldn’t bring myself to leave. I throughly enjoyed myself . The garage was such a luxury! It was thundering ,, and just pouring rain and I was able to pack my car up without getting wet. I was only passing thru from Florida to Northern Michigan so I wasn’t in town for any events but this is the perfect spot if you are. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable and I slept like a baby. I’ve now decided to put my bed on the floor at home. I am short and it was perfect for me! La Palma restaurant (meditarrean) is right up on John R and was delicious. There’s so much to do! Definitely take a walk by the Ransom Gillis house. . Host was incredibly knowledgeable on the area and so very helpful. I will be back!!

Ebrahim's lodge was peaceful, private and cozy. loved that we could bbq and swing on his bench swing and enjoy the trees and birds. Had all the essentials and AC worked fabulous which was appreciated being in a heatwave. Smart TV a plus and also I love when there is a bath Tub. Ebrahim showed hospitality above and beyond the usual. Would totally stay again and would recommend this property. Thank you from our Family to yours❤

My friends and I did a girls weekend. The place is very cute and comfortable. Jennifer was kind and accommodating! We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Everything was perfect, clean, AC was very cold even in the 90+ temperatures. Very easy to communicate with and helpful when our plans changed last minute and we had to bring our pup.

We enjoyed staying here while visiting family in the area. Very friendly and quiet neighborhood with nice park nearby. House is clean and comfortable and the air conditioning is top notch! We didn't need any help, but knew we could reach out if needed.

Five star accommodations and host. Peter home was amazing the pool and pool house is the best in the area. So many convenient amenities, great locations . Highly recommend

what a quiet peaceful place. My kids really enjoyed the swimming pool at backyard. And Casa give me a late check out for very low price.

I had friends come out of town and we were all in agreement that this one of the best Airbnb's we have stayed at. The host provided us with every amenity possible but whats really impressive is that this house had absolutely every little amenity. So many convenient tools and gadgets in the house and they were all quality products. The beds were so comfy. The kitchen had everything possible!! We would come back here without a doubt. Really cute and beautiful house. Thank you for the stay!!

Great spot very convenient and walkable to town, nice open space, and I liked that it had workout equipment too in the basement. Check in and check out was extremely easy.

Our whole family agreed that this was a favorite rental that had something for everyone. The house was exactly as described and we enjoyed everything about our stay. There were just a couple of minor things that we needed to reach out to Lindsey and Dylan with and they were incredibly responsive. The house was perfect for a relaxing family vacation. We definitely took advantage of the pool and basically lived in the screened-in porch for most of our stay. It was also super-drivable and we were able to explore the National Park, take the ferry for a day-trip to Pelee Island, and try a few wineries. It was definitely a 5-star experience.

We loved our stay at the cottage. It was peaceful and had all required amenities and we enjoyed. We would want to visit again once in summer.

The space is light filled with evocative views…ethereal and restful!

Perfect place for a short stay. The unit was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. AC worked great for balmy Detroit summer days. Closest bar/restaurant is about a mile walk away, a quick walk or scooter (go to McShane’s and get the wings!). Only slight quibble is - hope you don’t get a family with young kids staying in the unit upstairs cos their morning stomping comes right through the ceiling. Jaclyn tried her level best to rectify but kids are gonna be kids, whaddyagonnado?

There is a beautiful view from the cottage and our hosts left a personal note, bottle of Pelee wine and accurate descriptions of places to eat . We brought our own food for breakfast the next day and appreciated the coffee and cream Crystal provided for us .

This place was exactly as described. Nice, quiet cottage but still very close to the city. The space was clean and welcoming. Pool table was a little tight to play on but it was an extra added feature so really no complaints there. My fiancee and I loved relaxing there.

Wonderful stay in this space! Everything was exactly as described, and the water views from the bedrooms were lovely. Bright, open, and inviting space. Well stocked kitchen and linens. Loved the kayaks, and the fire pit - so nice that dry firewood was included. We don’t make use of the game room, as the weather was perfect for relaxing outside, but it looks like a lot of fun! Very clear instructions, and friendly and responsive hosts. Would definitely stay here again!

We had the best weekend there we will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone to go give it a try!

I had a wonderful stay at Elisabeth's place in Harrow. The rental is very spacious, comfortable and nicely furnished throughout. The town of Harrow itself is very walkable and has a nice assortment of shops and places to eat and is well situated for exploring many of the other towns and lake areas in this part of southern Ontario. Highly recommended !

Beautiful spot and cottage is just like photos. We had a great girls weekend and wineries are so close. Very nice area and we will be back.
