Downtown Bloh, relaxation on the outskirts of Oldenburg

The apartment (68 square meters) is located on the outskirts of Oldenburg and has a sauna (coin machine), modern kitchen, Wi-Fi, smart TV, Blu-ray player. It is located on the upper floor of a detached house and can be reached via the external staircase (private access). The washing machine is in the private bathroom. Sleeping accommodations are located in the spacious bedroom (double bed, space for a children's travel bed), passage room (extra bed) and in the living/bedroom (sofa bed, 2 people).

Wir bieten diese gemütlich eingerichtete Obergeschoss-Wohnung an, welche im Jahr 2023 vollständig renoviert wurde. Ideal für zwei Personen, ohne Kinder, ohne Tiere. Das Bad ist mit Fußbodenheizung, Föhn, Dusche und Shampoo ausgestattet, die Küche sogar mit einer Spülmaschine. Die Infrarot-Sauna bietet pure Entspannung, sowie die Garten-Terrasse Fußläufig ist ein kleiner Wald mit Teich erreichbar und der Ostfriesland Wanderweg direkt an unseren Hof angrenzend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 1,5 km.

Tiny House nah am Nationalpark

Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Tinyhouse bietet eine gemütliche Atmosphäre zum entspannen. Die salzige Luft der Nordsee, Pferdeweiden und Felder, der Nationalpark Wattenmeer in der Nähe und viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Moorwald, Jader Park, verträumte kleine Häfen, Meerwasserquellbad im Nordseebad Dangast, das schwimmende Moor...). Wir leben naturnah, unsere beiden (sehr lieben) Hunde und Hühner spazieren durch den Garten, Vogelgesang ist allgegenwärtig. Wer Ruhe sucht, wird sie hier finden!

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was Sie für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigen. Der örtliche Badesee ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

The charming city of Oldenburg (15 km away) is a great place to go shopping and is also known for its diverse cultural events and night-life.

It is reminiscent of a vacation in Sweden… to top off this flair, you can relax in the in-house sauna and forget the stress of everyday life. We live together with two dogs in a secluded location on the edge of a small forest. Ideal for cycling enthusiasts. From here you can start great tours through the Ammerland!
