We loved staying here! It was a short walk to the beach and right across from the pool which was a huge plus with kids! Hosts were super friendly and helpful. The place was really clean and nice! We would definitely stay again and recommend them to anyone!

Second condo we've stayed in at Sea Place, this time with a different rental company. This stay was far superior to the last; check-in was a breeze and didn't require a visit to an office. The place was very clean. Sea Place is actually a pretty old condominium but it's been renovated, and each unit is of different quality – this particular unit was better than the last we stayed in. Cleaner and better taken care of. You'll see some signs of distress on certain *exterior* areas of the condo buildings, but nothing overly concerning. This condo is right on the beach and has great views. It's located virtually next to the boardwalk that goes down to the beach, and is just adjacent to the pool (but is not pool-front). It's worth noting that there are stairs involved here: some to get to the front door of the condo, and some inside. They're relatively steep so if you have small children or are elderly, it's worth paying closer attention to all. All in all, a great stay, I'd recommend.

Jonathan’s place was walking distance from the beach and located in a great community. Additionally, Jonathan was very communicative and responsive. He also provided a guide of local recommendations, which was super helpful in planning the trip!

Lisa’s place was perfect! It was clean and had everything we needed. Great view of the pool and ocean. She was responsive to any questions. Would stay again!

I got my parents 5 nights here as their Christmas gift and they loved it! Great location! Super cute place with great pool and beach access!

We had an amazing stay at Christina's place. The location was excellent. So convenient to be able to walk to private beach access as well as the pool. Her unit also had a hot tub in the courtyard. One can walk to many of the iconic spots on the beach. The home was as described and very comfortable for myself and 3 daughters. We had a great time and would recommend her place highly.

We stayed for 5 days at this condo and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The place was neat and the amenities were useful. The area is quiet and peaceful. definitely recommend and will be booking again.

This place was a gem! Everything was beautiful and we felt right at home. Our boys absolutely loved their room with the bunk beds and the fact that there was a tv in there really helped keep them in their room so that we could sleep in. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets felt clean. My boys and I have allergies to dust, and we were not bothered by it one bit here due to the cleanliness. Everything in the pictures is exactly how it looked in real life. We especially appreciated the closet full of beach equipment and other things to keep our family entertained. Our favorite part of this place; however, has to be the gorgeous view with the floor to ceiling windows. It was short walk to the gorgeous beach. We really enjoyed our stay here. Absolutely cannot wait to go back.

Beautiful house, in the middle of everything St Augustine Beach has to offer, yet surprisingly peaceful and quiet. A great find!

Rachael’s place was gorgeous! The natural light was beautiful, and the condo was both spacious and comfy. It was a quick, easy drive into the historic downtown district, and a quick, easy walk to the beach. Having a pool and hot tub right outside the door was really nice too. Perfect for a girl’s weekend, bachelorette, or a family trip. I’d definitely stay here again + recommend!

Allen’s place was very spacious and clean. It is exactly as described. He responded right away when we had a question. We enjoyed our time here and the beach was an easy 2 min walk. He had beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys, which was a total plus for us!!! If we were to visit Palm Coast again, this is where we would stay!!!

We had a great time! Being so close to the beach, pier and restaurants was perfect.

Glenn & Kelly’s place was even better than we excepted! Every square inch of this home was clean and spotless. The furniture is cozy and the lay out was perfect for the two of us and four teens. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were so clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything we needed and the table was big enough for games and fun! The walk to the beach was a breeze! You don’t need a wagon because there are a lot of stairs and I wouldn’t want my elderly parents to travel that route but parking on the beach looked like a very easy option. We will be back, Really great place!! Good job!!

This is a great location - easy walk onto the beach, as well as to Publix, coffee and restaurants. Once we parked, we never needed to drive again. This section of the beach does not allow vehicles (which we preferred), and is also dog friendly. The condo matched the description as well as the photos...it was clean, comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. There was plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, etc - we didn't need it all, but it was well stocked. The host is very responsive to messages as well. It was a great stay and we'd visit again!

We love St Augustine and Spanish Trace is our favorite location due to its proximity to the ocean and downtown. Now, we’ve found our favorite condo! Beautifully decorated - clean - with lots of little extras to make it feel comfortable and like home!

Lynn's condo was perfect for a weekend getaway. The condo exceeded my expectations. The king bed is super comfortable. I didn't use the order beds during my stay so I can't honestly write on them. The view from the balcony is perfect for catching beautiful sunrise and the beach just a short walk from below. The location is great for exploring St. Augustine and enjoying all it has to offer. The host was always proactive and answered questions before I had a chance to ask them. The local recommendations and clear instructions were super helpful. At the resort, the check-in process was a breeze and I found the guards to be much more pleasant than expected. Thank you for your hospitality and providing a clean, safe, comfortable place to stay while enjoying a wonderful vacation! I'll definitely check back for availability when I visit St. Augustine next!

Rae's place is amazing. Exactly as listed. Location could not be ANY better...right on the sand and perfect distance to everything in the area. Highly recommend.

Thai was a beautiful, well maintained condo with great features and amenities. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and easy access to the beach. Highly recommend!

Sofya’s condo was just what I needed to decompress and relax. Sofya and the co-host we’re so nice and if there was an issue, they responded back immediately. I originally booked for four nights and end up staying almost 3 weeks. I did not want to leave. It is walking distance to the beach. There’s two pools you can relax. If you have a four-wheel-drive, you can even drive your vehicle onto the beach. The condo was fully furnished and had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable. Sitting outside on the balcony was perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone .And hope to be back soon.

Wow! What a beautiful condo just steps from the beach with the most amazing views. The condo was super clean upon arrival, well stocked, and Terri is literally the best host ever! We have never seen anyone go above and beyond like she did! The decor is perfect, and we loved our time here. There is lots to do in downtown St. Augustine, or you can just relax at the beach. It was quiet and peaceful, and it’s a locked entrance to a private beach. The beach was never too crowded! We had the best time!

Our family really enjoyed Elena's condo at the beach. The apartment was very nicely updated with a very well stocked kitchen to cook meals. The furniture was comfortable and everything was very clean. It was nice to have a view of the pool and it was a short walk to the beach or the pool that was covered on a rainy day. The apartment had everything you could need and even some nice snacks. Elena even had a little beach bucket with beach goodies for our twin granddaughters. The closet with beach toys and chairs really had everything you could want for use on the beach. The grounds of the condo were beautiful and very well maintained. We watched the staff clean the pool every morning. You can tell when a host cares about their guests comfort and this one does!

This is our third year in a row staying in this gorgeous condo. We absolutely love this location and the gorgeous view! The hosts are always very friendly and responsive. We are looking forward to returning again next year.

I only wish there was one more star for “perfect”. We didn’t have to contact Brenda at all for our entire 5 night stay. Everything we needed to know was explained clearly before we got there and our entire stay was perfect from start to finish. The condo was spotless and amenities were wonderful. Thank you Brenda, for helping to make our vacation memorable.
