It is located 2 km from the village of Champtoceaux, 5 km from Oudon train station and 30 km from Nantes. Guests can enjoy a large garden and reach a Loire beach on foot or by bike. Composed of 3 bedrooms, a large living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The bathroom has been adapted to accommodate PRM. Terrace, parking, boules court.

It has just been completely renovated by an architect and an interior designer who have created a real ultra-equipped cocoon for us. Two magnificent terraces: one on the Loire and the other on the countryside that is lost on the horizon. The local walks are exceptional.

If you want to escape for a night or more, the asset will welcome you to its cozy world. In a cabin atmosphere, you will find all the comforts you need to have a good stay... The hut is equipped; a small kitchen with a gas stove, sink, bin, small fridge a bathroom with toilet and shower (⚠the shower is only a backup 5 to 10 min of hot water) towels and sheets are provided for 4 people. 2 deckchairs The boat is not available for sailing.
