Our stay couldnt have been better. Sebastien provided everyhting we needed. It was the best studio flat we have stayed in. Brilliantly designed and containes everything we could need.

A great studio for a stay in Annecy, it looks bigger in real than in the photos! Convenient, there is a supermarket right next door, free parking spaces and bus stops right next door. We recommend for a small stay in Annecy, convenient and well-appointed

we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little apartment. everything we needed was there, it was absolutely spotlessly clean and modern and very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone to book this place 😊 its so lovely 😍 the garden is stunning and the hosts are very nice. perfectly situated to visit all the local areas have to offer. amazing!!!
