It’s just not possible to accurately state in an Airbnb review how otherworldly this place is— this home and its location and community (Mony and The Top Bar!!!) were unlike anything we’ve ever experienced. We will D R E A M of coming back someday! We’ve been traveling Europe with our three children for the past three months and this was my favorite Airbnb out of all we’ve ever been to. If you’re looking for an authentic Italian village getaway — this is it. Please don’t miss your opportunity!

Nice and quiet place. Beautiful views of the hills .Lost of outdoor space and sweet distance sound of the church bell. Lovely place to get back too after a busy day elsewhere.

We loved the beautiful stone house, which is dipped in the green forest. We walked in the morning in the woods behind the house. The road that curves up the mountain to the house is very beautiful and great air. The house is functional and cozy, we loved the quietness in the surroundings. Food for meals we bought before in one of the villages in the vicinity or in Lucca which is half an hour away because we did not see any shops in the village. In conclusion we enjoyed

We were able to enjoy this wonderful place for two weeks. During our first ride up, we were already enchanted by the beauty of the surroundings. Lara's house is on an open plateau surrounded by trees. It is a beautiful house, equipped with every comfort. It is clean and very well maintained. The view from the garden and your balcony is directed at Tassilico. A village you can walk to. Verni is a very charming village that you can walk to from the house. And you can have a delicious homemade dinner and/or lunch at Lara's, just let her know. Your table is set in a nice square and you enjoy, excellent! Feels like home. Lara is a very friendly woman and is always there for you. Has very nice tips to discover in the area. And there are several hiking routes to discover from the house. Via komoot we have discovered routes, in several lengths. We absolutely recommend Lara's house, if we could give a 6!!
