Holiday rentals with lake access in Antibes

We had a lovely stay at Claude’s place. The landscape was beautiful, we spent a lot of time at the pool and in the outdoor kitchen, and there were plenty of things to keep us entertained. Would definitely recommend!

Great house. Extremely comfortable, spacious, beautiful , well equipped. Great hosts and very accommodating. The only two issues that you need to know are that you need a car since the village of Gatiere is not very close to the house and you cannot really walk to the village. A lot of nice houses around but all fenced out and walled in. However if you are looking for tranquility you have it. Also Didier let us take vegetable from his garden and you will have the best tomatoes in the whole world. The other point would be the heat in the summer. The house has no air conditioning. And it can be hot. Otherwise perfect for 6 people

great stay in this house, quiet with a very nice garden (the jacuzzi is a nice plus🙂) The house is well-equipped, very pleasant around the village. Thomas was an excellent host, very kind and responsive! Recommended+++

a home faithful to the photos in a quiet residence with lots of possible activities (tennis, football, volleyball, swimming pool...) the pool is great and not too busy the accommodation also had everything you need (towels and bath towels, soap, shampoo and everything you need to cook) a great stay!

We had a very pleasant weekend with the family (14) in the Villa de Ludovic. A perfect place, all rooms have their own bathroom and toilet. The spacious kitchen allowed us to meet and have a good time (small information: the TV has an HDMI connection to be able to project family photos with an Apple TV). We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and its large sheltered table just in front of an impeccably maintained pool (9x5m). L'Escale au Soleil is a quiet and slightly shaded place with a petanque court that I recommend without hesitation.

We felt very comfortable with Celine. Celina was very nice. She could speak German well. She explained everything to us in the apartment and described the surroundings for excursions, restaurants and shopping. We were even invited to a barbecue with neighbors and we had a wonderful evening at a delicious food with a good wine. It was like a family reunion. We have invited Celine and her family to Germany and are looking forward to her visit.

We had a relaxing 10 day stay at Yannick’s house. It’s in a fabulous private location and is equipped with everything you’ll need for a family or group vacation in a traditional French villa. Only a 5 minute drive to supermarkets and shops, a little further for restaurants in the local villages. If you should get fed up with your own private pool, you can drive to the nearby lake in 10 minutes or the coast in 45 minutes. Yannick is a great host and responds quickly and helpfully to questions. The villa is located in Montauroux and is a great base for seeing the area either hiking or by car.

Responsive and available host, with a very nice place with a great view!

Such a beautiful area, very safe and close to landmarks and the beach. The apartment itself is functional and comfortable to stay in. A lot of different helpful amenities are also provided (iron, drying rack, electric fan, beach towels, plates…). Lastly, Mark was a great host and kept consistent and friendly communication throughout.

A 5* luxurious apartment, 8 floors up with good views over the rooftops to the hills and town. About 2 miles along the coast from the centre of Nice. 5 minutes walk from buses, trams, beach and shops, and easily accessible by train or plane. Clear instructions to obtain keys and to gain access to the apartment. Host responded rapidly to any issues. Only possible downside was noise from nearby main road: but then Nice is a large city, so traffic noise expected. Absolutely recommend, and would definitely rent again.

Shahin’s place is situated in a nice leafy gated community and came with a private secured garage. The property is run by an agent called Marie-Suzanne. Both Shahin and Marie-Suzanne were very professional and responsive and got back to me very quickly after every query. What made our stay even better was how we were taking care of by Marie-Suzanne making sure we were as comfortable as possible. She had the most warming personality despite waiting for us for a long time due to our flight being delayed by 1 hour 30 minutes. She went out of her way to ensure we had something to eat during the night and even breakfast. I don’t expect that for every customer but it tells you how important we were as a customer. The accommodation itself had everything you need and more. Entertainment was great because of the TV channels available especially for sports lovers and kids. I realised with Shahin and Marie-Suzanne, the little details matters and that is why I would recommend them to travellers

The location is perfect for the beach and to go off and explore the rest of the coastline. Good size apartment, lovely balcony with a great view. Lovely and clean and has everything you need (only thing missing was an iron) There is a hire shop very close by for bikes (we cycled to Nice and around the cape) , padel boards kayaks etc. walking distance to the old town, tbh we walked everywhere, even over to the other side of Antibes which is the more lively side. We prefer the old town. Beautiful restaurants and places to drink. Lovely market too. Local buses are available too. Easy to catch the train, Monaco is about 40 mins on the train. Loads of places to visit. We would definitely recommend this place to have it all, relax or get busy with sights. Kayaks let you also explore the little coves perfectly and there is also a great coastal path to walk. Lots of activities or relax. Will definitely be looking to coming back and renting this place again.

Despite disappointing weather, it was a wonderful stay with Rosi and Dieter, who were very friendly, attentive and even helpful hosts with lemon cakes.

We had a great time in Laure's cottage, we particularly enjoyed the very comfortable bedding and quality bed linen, as well as being able to enjoy the pool quite close to the cottage at will. The residence is very quiet and it is pleasant to walk around. We highly recommend this airbnb. Olivier and Catherine

Very nice house located in a private park with small lake , pleasant pool, tennis , very shaded , The house is charming inside it is completely renovated and air-conditioned , in early August it's very nice , very well equipped , there is nothing missing for the comfort of a stay in the south east, its exterior is overlooked and rather quiet , we enjoyed the barbecue and the lovely evenings on the terrace Also we enjoyed the very beautiful area but also the activities of the park with the pool and tennis. Thank you!!!

It was a business trip, but the place was so nice that I added a night to stay there with my wife. The location is great, the residence is clean and quiet. I will not hesitate to go back with my family because the residence offers very nice services (swimming pool, park for children, sports fields...) Thanks to Caroline for the welcome and her availability at all times!

Very charming and cozy accommodation, we had a pleasant stay and the residence is peaceful. The pools and other activities in the residence are very nice. Flore was very available and responsive. She even managed to find a crib for our baby. Thanks to her for her kindness.
