Waterfront holiday rentals in Antibes

Our family of 3 stayed 11 nights at David's apartment in Nice and it was amazing. The location along the Promenade was a long walk from Old Nice but it offered the most amazing views of the entire Promenade and the sea, and the local neighborhood was charming and walkable. It was only a 10-minute car ride to the central train station, which is so convenient for traveling everywhere in the French Riviera. We attended the Monaco Grand Prix and the round-trip was really easy. Inside, the living room was spacious, bright and airy thanks to the large glass doors opening onto the Promenade. The master bedroom was also quite roomy with plenty of closets and a private balcony. The second bedroom was significantly smaller yet bright and featured a well-appointed adjacent bathroom. David and his team were incredibly professional and responsive to minor requests, and their communication is a model for other managers on Airbnb. We would highly recommend this unit for anyone staying in the Nice!

A beautiful apartment and an amazing location! This place was so nicely updated and pristinely clean! We loved everything about our stay here. It's truly in the best location and one of the most gorgeous cities we've ever been lucky enough to travel to.

Joyce‘s place is near the sea and with walking distance to enjoy the ocean. The room itself is well designed, so even it is not a huge studio you will find everything you need. Landlord is very responsive.

We had a lovely stay in Antibes. The apartment is so well situated. Just 100m from the beach, the market, the Picasso Museum, the marina and only 200m from the square. Antibes is a beautiful, vibrant place, yet when you step beyond that heavy front door you enter a quiet calm world as you can not hear the night life that surrounds you. Chloe couldn’t have been more helpful upon check in. We were delayed on our journey yet she waited until very late at night to meet us to show us the apartment. We would be delighted to return another time.

Great accommodation. Beautiful old town charm. The roof terrace is a huge highlight. Super nice and comfy. Unfortunately, there is no view of the city or the sea. But that's not too bad, because you're still in the middle of the action. Everything is very close and within walking distance. Right around the corner is a grocery store, the whole old town is super easy to reach. The sea and beach are also barely five minutes away. You can park in the La Poste parking garage, which is about a 3-minute walk from the apartment. That's a huge advantage. There, however, the service speaks only French ;) which we unfortunately needed constantly. Cyril and Justine took great care of our stay and were always easily accessible and always proactively contacted us. There was nothing that we really missed or that we would have missed. We can only recommend this accommodation 😌

Beautiful apartment. It has the best location. Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Beach bar, restaurants, old town, harbour. Recommend 100%. Host is extremely responsive and warm, instantly happy with by booking.

Me and my friend had a great time here! The balcony is so beautiful and it was really easy to travel around in the area. Baptiste was also a really helpful and kind host. Would definitely reccommend staying here!:)

This apartment is a beautiful place to stay. It met all of our expectations. It has beautiful view from the top floor. It is close to nearby restaurants and the local market (the market is awesome). We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

We spent a lovely two weeks here! The house is beautiful and in an excellent location. It was a perfect home base for exploring the Riviera, and it was walkable to everything we needed - groceries, beaches, playgrounds, restaurants, train station, etc. The outdoor space was so peaceful with lavender and flowers, and it felt very private. Deborah and Christophe were very kind and always responsive, providing great recommendations, too! This was one of our favorite Airbnb stays - thank you!!

Beautiful villa in a quiet location that is close to all locations. The pool and garden were great. All communication was excellent and we really appreciated Sandro being able to accommodate our late arrival due to our flight being delay. We would definitely choose this villa again in the future.

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

We loved our stay - Svetlana was a warm and helpful host who even picked us up from the train due to an unwieldy bag. She left us with wine and snacks, which eased us right into this waterfront location. The home is hundreds of years old and has some quirks (start doing stairs NOW!), but the views can’t be beat and the beds are SO comfortable. The living room is very nicely done, as is the kitchen. The master bedroom is very cozy, with a chaise to recline on and watch the super yachts go by. Great restaurants within a few minutes’ walk, the Marché in 3 minutes away…it’s a magical location. We hope to return not just to Antibes, but to this home.

The very amiable owner greeted us and welcomed us to his very special home. It’s beautifully appointed, cozy and comfortable. The setting is spectacular! The pool is inviting. It’s a wonderful place to unwind. The views of the Mediterranean and mountains is worth every penny!

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. This was a great stay for our family. With 3 bedrooms, it comfortably slept 6. Everything was clean and well cared for. Lise was very helpful if we had questions, and helped us get checked in. The kitchen is small but well equipped for simple cooking. The view of the harbor was also something to be enjoyed from the front windows. We could walk to a beach or to the outdoor market in relatively short time. We had a very memorable stay!

We had a great stay! The apartment is exactly as described. It’s so close to the beach and restaurants and there was a small grocery store right below which was nice. We were also able to check in early which was greatly appreciated!

I cannot thank Xavier enough for the stay! This space is absolutely incredible, and is exactly as shown in the photos. It’s in an ideal location and is central to everything you’d want to see and do in Cannes! Not to mention , the building itself is gorgeous. Xavier also provides ample recommendations, and is super responsive and flexible with the check in/ check out process. If I’m ever back in Cannes, I will be staying here again for sure! Highly recommended anyone books this spot for your next trip to Cannes ☺️

This lovely home was an absolute oasis for our family! The view is stunning, everything was spotless, the beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was like a spa. We booked absolute last minute and Corinne could not have been more accommodating. She went above and beyond, showing us where to park and walking us through not only the home but the entire complex, from the pool to the beach access. If you have a chance to stay here, you must! Double sliding doors open up to a large balcony with so much seating and a fabulous beach view. Home was super quiet and private. We would not have changed a thing. Corinne suggested we visit the village Saint Paul de Vence which was spectacular. She is the kindest and most helpful host we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting, we can’t speak highly enough about her! Our entire experience here was a joy! Thank you, Corinne!

We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful apt. The view was worth the money! Frederic was super nice and helpful, responsive and flexible, provided recommendations for local restaurants. Walkable to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We found the parking right outside the building very easy too!

Céline is really nice and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we lack nothing. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just downstairs from the building is super convenient and there are a lot of things. Excellent experience at Sabine and Laurent's boat. I highly recommend it. Laurent was very friendly and made us feel at home, as well as taking us on a wonderful boat trip. Recommended place and I would go back super gladly!

We had a wonderful week at Marie-Jo's apartment in Antibes. Everything your heart desires is available, nothing is missing! From coffee machine, towels, bottle opener, ironing board to washing machine and a more than well-equipped kitchen. The balcony has been our highlight, the view extends to Nice and further to the Alps - every magical!! The apartment is 45-55 minutes' walk to the city. There's something you need to walk. But there are also bicycles that you can rent in the city for 10€ a day, because there are more than enough bike paths. We had a wonderful stay! :)
