The cider house is a great place to stay for couples looking to dip their toe into the Cornwall lifestyle. The house is cozy and feels like a modern compact farm house. The location of the house is ideal for those looking for a peaceful retreat in the countryside, the host provides a log burner filled with wood ready to burn for a cozy night in and also an outdoor fire pit for stargazers with endless amounts of wood to keep the fire roaring! Overall the house and host are brilliant, all amenities are provided to ensure there are more than enough activities and entertainment options to ensure your stay is perfect!

The apartment was just what we needed - clean and homely with a comfy bed. The description was great, with everything available. Great parking. It's possible to walk to the centre of Plymouth for shops and movies, or an easy drive. Devonport itself has an interesting naval history, and the local 'artists' have added a great touch.

I loved staying at this cottage. It was even nicer than the photos; so cosy and welcoming and had everything I needed. Elena was very responsive even providing a dryer for me to dry some kayak gear in the garden without me asking. The village is a lovely location and you can walk down to the water and do a little circuit around the village of an evening. Absolutely loved the way the cottage had been furnished. It was tastfully done with a very homely feel. Very clean and warm. Everything one could ask for. Would definately stay again if in the area.

So, after a long journey down for a wedding nearby, aided by Victoria's clear instructions and helpful directions to local shops I managed a mere half hour before I had to leave and get to Bristol for a family medical emergency. Despite barely having time to pop my shoes off, fill the kettle, and take in the view before making a hasty return journey I found The Croft an adorable and comfortable spot in peaceful surroundings. It's well equipped, it was easy to find, if the car was staying with me rather than moving onwards to the wedding there was a convenient place to park. The property was well presented, the bathroom was spotless, the surroundings were wonderful and I'm quite certain I'd have been very comfortable for the two days I'd intended to stay. My grateful thanks go to Victoria for her understanding and kind words when notified I'd have to promptly leave, and also for making it easy for my family to collect my phone charger that I'd left behind in my haste.
