Welcome to our home! Come stay in our quiet and serene suite, complete with its own private entrance. Cook delicious meals in a real kitchen with full size fridge, stove, & microwave (coffeemaker & toaster too). Sleep well on the adjustable memory foam queen bed. Relax on the sofa and enjoy various streaming services. Get some work done at the desk with the included wifi. Have a friend stay on the queen sleeper sofa. This is our home. You may see or hear our family & dogs around the property.

Private 'Barn'dominium with No Cleaning Fee!

Welcome! Nestled among mature maple trees, you will feel right at home in this very private Barndominium! Situated on a 3/4 acre lot in a safe, quiet neighborhood, the Barndominium is completely separate from the main house but close enough if you need anything. Also, I realize that paying those extra fees is annoying so I have waived the cleaning fee! Please note that the bathroom is on the ground floor while the bedroom is on the 2nd floor accessible by a set of stairs (no elevator).

Ever thought it would be fun to experience a day at a real working Christmas Tree Farm? Be our guest at the bunkhouse, a beautiful 320 sq ft tiny house full of character. Remodeled from salvaged materials on the farm, this bunkhouse features a full kitchen, bathroom with roomy bedroom and living room. Relax on the porch or roast marshmallows by the firepit. You can take a stroll through the Christmas trees, by the pond and in the spring and summer, through our U-pick flower patch.

Look forward to a wonderful stay in our refurnished historical home, built in 1910. Located in Historical Downton Apex, you are in the center of local shops, restaurants, parks, and more waiting to be explored. Our clean and modern home features include a laundry room, a full-kitchen, and reliable internet service. Outside of the house, you can pick fresh pecans seasonally in the front of the house or relax in the fenced backyard with a gazebo, fire-pit, and waterfall fish pond.
