Monthly Rentals in Ararat Province

Great apartment and very friendly hosts. Everything matches the description. I stayed in May, and it was neither too hot nor too cold. The view from both sides of the apartment has a nice Yerevan vibe. The windows block out street noise very well. The bedroom window opens to an Armenian-style clothesline with a pulley. I felt completely at home here.

Thank you very much for the stay, the flat had everything needed for the comfortable life and remote work. I also was very surprised by various kitchen staff, was nice to cook there. Very cozy and really close to center, 20 min to airport, will definitely come back!

The place is as described and is suitable for a short stay. It has a large comfortable bath, which is rare for Yerevan. The apartment has many beautiful details and it is in a great neighborhood. Unfortunately, it is not easy to look out the windows.

Nice new apartment. All good, but there are a lot of construction works around building. So it’s a little bit loud in daytime.
