The house is located in the "village" in the middle of the island with walking distance to swimming in all directions, 30 meters to the grocery store and 10 minutes walk to the ferry location Bratten. From the balcony with evening sun, you can see sheep grazing in the meadow. The accommodation has two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen. Washing machine available in the bathroom, working wood stove in the kitchen. The accommodation is about 75 square meters.

The house is directly adjacent to a cozy and child-friendly swimming cove with docks and a sandy beach. Start the day with a morning swim. Have breakfast in the garden. Enjoy the sea view and the birds chirping. Maybe a ride in the kayak. And end the day in the hot tub after a barbecue on the balcony. If you want to combine with the city life in Gothenburg, you can drive there in 15 minutes. Even closer to large shopping centers. Welcome to an archipelago house with a fantastic sea view on the island of Asperö in Gothenburg's southern archipelago. The accommodation has a bright interior and a lovely light from morning till night. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the ferry and the harbor. There is a 24/7 grocery store that is accessible with a Swedish bank ID. On the neighboring island of Brännö, there is a well-stocked grocery store. A swimming jetty is located directly below the house and around the island a scenic walking loop of 3 km.

Knarrholmen can offer both paddle track, outdoor gym, sauna and nice walking paths. There is also a very nice restaurant on the island.
