From the balcony, whose windows can be pushed to the side, you can see the city center and the cathedral, the city harbor, the Möweninsel [seagull island] and the Schlei. You also have a nice view from the living room. Ideally suited to explore Schleswig and the surrounding area from here. Parking is available in the parking garage or on the landlord's property (Schwanenwinkel 1).

Die Unterkunft liegt ländlich zwischen Flensburg und Husum. Das Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils eigenem Bad/Dusche und TV sowie einem Küchen/Wohnbereich ebenfalls mit TV. Perfekt für einen Gruppenaufenthalt bis zu 8 Pers. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Terrasse verfügt in den Sommermonaten über Gartenmöbel, Gasgrill und Tischtennisplatte. Die Feuerstelle mit Sitzgelegenheiten liegt separat auf dem schönen Gelände. Die hauseigene PV-Anlage versorgt die Unterkunft mit Strom.

Unser altes Bauernhaus liegt im Herzen Schleswig-Holsteins, nah an der Wikinger Siedlung Haithabu und der Schleiregion. Vom Hofplatz aus gelangt man durch die große Diele direkt in die Küche. Die 80 m² große Wohnung ist für vier Personen gut ausgestattet und bietet eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Selker Noor - und das ist in jeder Jahreszeit etwas Besonderes. Die nahe Badestelle am Noor lädt nicht nur zum Baden ein, sondern auch zum Sonnenuntergang schauen oder zur Wanderung um die Noore...

The apartment is centrally located right next to the Treenetal nature reserve and centrally between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea. Fantastically beautiful, fully equipped holiday home in a quiet end road in Stexwig with direct view onto the Schlei. Here you will find peace and quiet to enjoy, direct access to the harbour for a quick dip in the water or a few hundred metres further on access to the bathing area with a great playground for young and old.

The studio apartment is located on the 20th floor of the Schleswiger Wiking Tower overlooking the Schlei. It is fully equipped and was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2019. The Viking Tower is within walking distance of the Higher Regional Court and Gottorf Castle. Next to it is a small marina.
