Apartment holiday rentals in Arezzo

We had a pleasant holiday in Arezzo and its surroundings. The apartment is in a convenient location to reach the historic center and is equipped with everything you need. No problem for parking in front of the entrance. Silvia and her parents were kind and always available.

The apartment is spacious, cozy and has a great balcony. In addition, you are on the top floor, so there is no one above you. The apartment is very centrally located and is superbly equipped, it really has everything you need, especially in the bathroom - shower gel, plaster, hand cream, detergent... Michele and his father are very nice and helpful! The only drawback is that it is a bit noisy due to the nearby train station - you can hear the trains clearly and when an express train passes, the bed sometimes wobbles. 😉 I didn't mind, but I kept windows and doors closed at night.

We had a very friendly welcome when we arrived at the destination. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The area and surroundings, the yard and the swimming pool were lovely. Thank you!

We absolutely loved our stay and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the food was delicious and the apartment was a great size with all the amenities we needed. It was family friendly and our children loved the pool. It’s a beautiful location and very relaxing. We would love to come again. Thank you for making our holiday so lovely.

It provides a pleasant accommodation in the city center. The width of the rooms and the facilities of the house are quite enough for a family of 4. Ricardo always responded to your questions quickly and had a problem-free stay experience for 14 days. Thank you

We had a great time! Very clean house, this allowed us to rest well, and very tidy. It's small, but there's everything you need to stay there for several days. We really appreciated the fact that we found water and fruit juice on the table, plus the tea/coffee equipment in the morning. Thank you Anna for your kindness!

I was looking for a quiet place in Tuscany in a rustic atmosphere and it was a great choice. Silence, beautiful views, a restaurant with authentic dishes... what more could you want?:-) I recommend this place for all those who value peace and love nature!

Great place to stay when you are in Arezzo, just outside of the city walls. Easy walk to all the POI and supermarket is a 2 minutes walk away. Laura was a great host, we highly recommend this home.

The property is wonderful, surrounded by greenery and with a pool with an incredible view. The room was super clean and with all possible comforts. We interacted a lot with a very kind lady at the reception, very friendly and helpful. The wine we tasted was also exceptional , it's worth staying there for just one night! Extremely recommended

Perfectly located vintage decorated home within walking distance of historic center of Siena. We spent a month here and used her place as a center base to discover Tuscany. Close to shopping and restaurants. WiFi is excellent as my husband worked remotely for a few days a week. Kitchenette and washing machine were a big help as we cooked a few nights staying in. Mattress is very comfy and the apartment is very quiet. Church bells rang daily and drummers in the contrade practice for parades and Palio. Experience Medieval Siena here. We were very comfortable in Grazia’s place. Nice to have a 1/2 bath on main level, as bedroom and bathroom with shower is on the upper level. Grazia provides everything you could possibly want and has excellent suggestions for places to eat and sights to visit. She was indispensable helping us always responding within minutes if we had a question or needed help. Perfect place for the Tuscan vacation! Grazia is a wonderful and caring host!

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

A super nice place to stay. The way there is a bit adventurous and not recommended for low-riding vehicles, but otherwise quite doable if you drive slowly. But it is also totally quiet there. The cottage is nicely furnished. Everything important was available and Alessandro even greeted us with a bottle of wine. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable. Somewhat annoying is the squeaky gas heater and the fact that the water temperature in the shower fluctuated quite a bit. Maybe it can still be repaired. But that's already whining at a high level. All in all, a great place to stay with a very nice and accommodating host.

Lovely stay in Tuscany! Patrizia had started a warming fire going for us in the fireplace upon arrival, as the weather was chilly and rainy. The house was very cozy, artistically decorated, and well appointed -- it made us feel very much at home away from home. Gorgeous views of Tuscany from the bedroom windows, and a well cared for garden which had lemons, rosemary, basil and many flowering plants. Patrizia was the absolute best hostess and provided for all our needs during our stay. There was plenty of room for everybody in the house, and there was even a lovely little kitchen which was fully stocked (salt, pepper, spices, coffee, milk, and more!). Note there is not an oven, but we were able to cook breakfast every day, and even a few dinner meals for our small group in the mini kitchen (there is a mini fridge which fit a lot of perishable food for its size!, and a small induction stove top). Thank you for the perfect stay!

We absolutely loved this apartment, which is centrally located in a pedestrian area within easy walking distance of all the sights in Siena. The apartment has excellent air conditioning—essential during the summer months—and is in immaculate condition, with a modern and spacious feel. It had everything we needed for our stay, although we didn’t spend much time indoors as we were keen to enjoy everything beautiful Siena has to offer. Communication from Ricardo was excellent throughout. We had a hire car to explore the wonderful Tuscan countryside, and Ricardo helpfully arranged an underground parking space for us, just a 10-minute walk from the apartment, at a cost of €15 per day. We would highly recommend both the apartment and Ricardo!

Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

We stayed in Monica’s home for five nights and four days, and it was incredible. The second we checked in Monica sent me an extensive list of instructions and places to visit during our stay. My favorite list was restaurants and local food shops in the area she recommends as a local. The house had all the amenities you could need/want, comfortable beds, and a really nice patio area. We are a few meals outside and enjoyed the stunning view. We saw some of the most beautiful sunsets as well. The pool was really well kept. There were many wineries the were nearby. The location was also great for taking day trips to Florence and Siena. The nearest town was so cute and had a lot of nice shops and restaurants. We are so appreciative of Monica’s food recommendations and suggestions of things to do. Overall we had an amazing time, and we highly recommend staying here!!

A beautiful apartment with stunning views. Easy access to many beautiful places to visit such as San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amenities as listed. The views from the communal terrace were stunning and there was plenty of space to sit without being on top of other guests. We would highly recommend.

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

Rafaella's place was nothing short of amazing! We had such a great time her place had everything you could need and more. She and her husband were super responsive. My only wish is that I wish it was warmer so that we could have enjoyed their beautiful outdoor space more. They even gave our girls sweet easter eggs. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home.

We spend 10 days at Emanuele’s place. His wife and he were very nice to us and we felt like part of the family. Recommendation and insights about surrounding towns were top notch and we got to know authentic Tuscan cuisine and every one of them was amazing. The location itself is perfect to relax (pool) and bring the chaos of city life behind. We were also invited by our host to a typical Italian party and we felt very welcome and enjoyed great food and incredible company at the party.
