Live the simple life in this peaceful and centrally located home. Apartment is located in central Färjestaden, and is suitable for 2 people. Located adjacent to our residential home with the ability to park in our driveway. The apartment has a room with a small kitchen, double bed, sofa bed and bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with small fridge and freezer compartment, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Bed linens and towels can be rented. Please note that toilet paper and paper towels are not included.

Newly built cottage on our plot, 42 m2 downstairs and two sleeping lofts, 13 m2 each! Quiet and close to nature, yet close to a lot. Sleeps 6, full kitchen and bathrooms. Approx. 4 km to swimming. 8 km to the ferry town where shopping center, restaurants and large Ica store are located. 4 km to Öland Bridge. Three miles to Borgholm. 200 meters to the bus stop! Bring shower towels and own linens! We provide soap, small towels and toilet paper! Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise we will charge a cleaning fee of 800kr!

The house was built in 2024 and has everything you need to relax and have a wonderful holiday stay❤️🙏

Likewise, the golf resort in Saxnäs and Ölands Djur og Nöjespark. Here you are close to everything.

Walking distance to the nearest farm shop and bus stop. 3-4 km to grocery store and beach. Approx. 4 km to Färjestaden and 12 km to Kalmar. IMPORTANT: We do not offer bed sheets or towels. However, there is toilet paper, soap, pillows and duvets.
