Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached all year round by the Albula cable car in 1 hour. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser viaduct, the symbol of the Rhaetian Railway, in "Park Ela" Switzerland's largest natural park with unlimited leisure opportunities.

Die Wohnung in Form eines Studios ist ca. 50qm gross und wurde komplett neu renoviert. Es bietet Platz für 2-4 Personen. Wir wünschen euch einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt im Gmuetli. It’s a modern, comfortable and lovely decorated apartment with a fireplace for cozy evenings. The terrace offers a wonderful mountain view and the ski lifts, bus stops and lake «Obersee» are only a few minutes’ walk away.
