The Floating Rock Cabin has everything you need; a full kitchen, washer/dryer, a bathroom and shower, an outdoor shower, and Netflix. Enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while watching birds, deer, and other wildlife. Spend your day on the beach at the Llano River fishing, swimming, or hunting for rocks. The starry skies are a must after you grab a bite to eat.

We wanted to share this property and all its magic with anyone who genuinely appreciates the outdoors. The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck. Built in 2001 this 2 story rock home was designed to replicate early Texas frontier barracks to house soldiers in Outpost Forts they served. Located in quiet neighborhood and within walking distance of Mason's historic courthouse square with plentiful restaurants, wine bars, museums, and boutiques.
