Clean accommodation and inside the apartment and outside the surrounding area. Very beautiful garden, very well maintained. Friendly and direct host, he was there for whatever we needed with a good mood. All those who offered services at the accommodation were helpful. Excellent location, very convenient for any activity, easy access everywhere, in the center of Athens, to museums, cultural sites, entertainment venues, restaurants. I highly recommend Marios' accommodation. I will choose it again.

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

We had a very late check-in and early checkout. Georgios was very responsive to our needs and provided airport pickup and drop off for a nominal charge. He also provided transportation to the local Metro station. The apartment is large, comfortable and quiet considering the proximity of the airport. We enjoyed our short stay and would book again when we visit Athens. Highly recommend.

The place was great. It is exactly as shown. It is 10 minutes from the airport, and Alkis provided me a ride to and from the airport at a reasonable price. Beautiful place.

Wonderful place with everything to make you feel at home… Stocked with cleaning supplies and fresh linens, updated kitchen appliances… loved the homey feel and beautiful artwork…patio was lovely and has beautiful friendly cat visitors… loved that it is closed to the beach and in a friendly neighborhood. Marianna's place was amazing. perfect location from the airport, very easy to find and very easy checking in with the lock box. Marianna also provided a lovely breakfast and a wonderful bottle of wine! thank you very much Marianna, we will definitely stay again soon!!

We had a fabulous stay at Nasos’s villa! Everything we needed for a peaceful, adult family holiday was provided from start to finish. The setting was quiet, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing, a perfect escape if you’re looking to get away from it all. We hardly even felt the need to visit the beach because the pool and outdoor space were so inviting. The hammock was especially popular. We also appreciated the thoughtful little treats left for us by the housekeepers upon arrival, such a warm welcome! Nasos was a fantastic host. He personally dropped off grocery essentials at the start of our stay and was attentive and helpful throughout, even assisting us with arranging transfers from Athens since we chose not to rent a car. Thank you so much, Nasos—it was truly lovely to meet you. We’d be more than happy to stay again in the future. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ, Nasos!

Nikos and his son were always available if we had any questions. They were very kind. They were there to welcome us and tell us the instructions for the operation of the accommodation. The location is near a metro station and it is possible to walk to the Acropolis in 10 minutes. I highly recommend it for its value for money.

Eftihia's apartment was truly a gem. It was in the heart of Athens but also in a very charming and safe neighborhood, away from the crowds. I was on a solo journey and Eftihia was beyond helpful getting me set up in the apartment and being available for communication whenever I needed it. The apartment itself made me feel like I was an Athens local and it had all the amenities I could ever need. This is one of those rare airbnb finds where everything was in alignment! If you're considering a trip to Athens, stay here!

Nice place with a lot of good restaurants nearby. Walkable distance from bus and tram stop, easy access to Athens city centre.

Konstantinos place was in a great location close to everything the main area of Athens has to offer. It’s a perfect place for families visiting Greece. They were easy to communicate with and very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Everything about the apartment and the contact with Jenny, the manager, was perfect. The apartment was new, we were one of the first guests and therefore nothing was worn or used. The topper of the bed was a bit too hard for me and I got an extra topper the next day. Every two days a cleaner came and changed the linens and towels. I didn't expect that in advance. That was very pleasant. The roof terrace was overwhelmingly large, you can see the sea and the hot tub was perfect for us and our 2.5 year old daughter. The nearby large playground was also very pleasant for us. There is a long shopping street in the nearest area, with Lidl at one end and a huge supermarket at the other end. Only 200m away is a very good Souvlaki/Kalamaki/Gyros restaurant and at the lower end of the shopping street is a restaurant only open during the day that sells all Greek classics.

Communication, via Anna and Sofia, or their father Yiannis, was excellent prior to and during our stay. Yiannis greeted us upon arrival and stored our bags for half a day post checkout while we waited for transfer. His flexibility, local knowledge, excellent English and smile really enhanced our stay. As for the apartment, its location near Monastiraki Metro, the Plaka and Central market was perfect for us. Recently renovated and brightly decorated with a good sized balcony on the protected side of the building it was on the 6th floor conveniently reached via a lift. All amenities and.appliances worked. But for us the roof top garden reached from a gate from our balcony was the icing on the cake. This unobstructed 360 degree view would undoubtably be the best view of the Acropolis and important Athenian landmarks you could possibly find. This apartment and its hosts make this AirBnB an absolute gem. Book it.

The apartment is very cosy, looks even better in real life than in photos. Kitchen is rather narrow if you're into cooking, but for us it was not a problem at all. We were absolutely happy with the location. As to cafes on the street - no noizes troubled us, since we heard only the conditioner sleeping with the windows closed.

Our stay at Fani's Seacret was great. It was easy to find and easy to check-in. Fani patiently waited for us, even though we arrived later than we expected. The ingredients for next morning's breakfast were prepared, alongside some pasta and sauces if we were hungry (we arrived late in the evening). A Nespresso machine provisioned with capsules was also there. The kitchen was equipped with all that we needed. It is well placed, 7-minute walk to the marina and kids' playground. There are plenty of restaurants to check in the area. It's also a great starting point for exploring the riviera. Traffic is not very crowded (at least in May), and you can find free parking on the street nearby. The only downsides I could find are the doors - they creak a little, so if you have little kids that sleep in the afternoon, you might have to leave the doors open - and the car sounds from the street; it's not terrible, our kid and us didn't have issues sleeping, but others might be more sensitive.
