The flat is fully renovated and totally equipped. There is a front view balcony and JACUZZI for two persons. "Κatehaki" metro station is just 5 mins on foot . The neighborhood is very safe and you can find everything you might need. To get here from the airport take the metro to "Katehaki" station.the same line goes to the port

dear dear guests :)‼️‼️‼️ the house is fully renovated. new windows, bed+a futon matresss. pictures are to be uploaded soon :) Greece is known for being really hot in the summer. Please keep in mind that this apartment has this very beautiful view, as it is located on one of the highest points of the city :)This sometimes makes it very hot during the day. We do provide AC, + since it is restored it has high end windows but still if you are sensitive to heat please consider your choice again :)

Our studio apartment can accommodate 2 guests and is an open plan room. It includes one double bed and one sofa bed. Also, it contains a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Hello! My place is a small, renovated studio with air-conditioning and a splendid view in a very quiet street with beautiful trees in the center of Athens. It’s close to every public transport (buses, metro, train), easy access to the city’s main attractions. Next to local bars, restaurants, grill-houses and traditional taverns and an open-air market every sunday. You can find a supermarket in 100m walk and a bakery with the most delicious bread of the area under our building.
