Private beach & fishing - big country house

Surrounded by water and forests, this charming country house (built 1900) has a stunning location on a a secluded peninsula by a lake. Go fishing, biking, hiking and swimming in the fresh lake water or have a barbecue on the beach. Supermarkets and sporty/cultural activities within 20 mins away by car. Or, relax on in front of the fireplace with a good book. There are endless possibilities to enjoy a fun, pieceful and healthy holiday in Swedish Värmland. All seasons have their own charm.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende med plats för fyra personer. Här finns möjligheter till nästan allt. I närheten finns ett av Sveriges största shoppingcenter. Flera skidcenter finns inom 2-5mil. Sjö med badplats syns nästan från huset, ca 200-300meter. Det finns i övrigt vandringsleder, och väldigt vacker natur, och mycket annat. Fin veranda med kvällssol och sjöutsikt, och grill. Fullutrustat kök med spis/ugn, kyl/frys och kaffebryggare. Badrum med dusch och tvättmaskin.

A cozy old house within walking distance of Sunne Ski & Bike. Three rooms and kitchen with a total of 7 beds. Living room, smart TV and wifi. Two bedrooms with 4 beds upstairs, a fairly steep staircase leads there. 3 single beds downstairs. Standard equipped kitchen without dishwasher. WC, with shower, washing machine. No smoking, no pets. Charging of electric cars, electric hybrids or use of engine heaters is unfortunately not allowed for safety reasons.
