Holiday rentals with a balcony in Arzachena

We were very well hosted by Marina Elena, a host who was always responsive and attentive. The accommodation is super well located everything is within walking distance. The condition of the apartment is impeccable with all the necessities at your disposal. Thank you so much we had a great vacation!

We had a nice stay, like we haven't had in a long time. The value for money for Marina Elena's apartment is unbeatable. With three small children, you can quickly get to the beach and quickly get back home when someone needs to go to the bathroom or someone gets hungry. From the apartment, you can reach any supermarket, kiosk, restaurant or shop in 1 minute. We arrived in the middle of the night, a time when you can't go shopping. But everything was prepared. The beds were all made. We were able to put the sleeping children in and then treat ourselves to water and a bottle of wine on the balcony, from which you can see the water. Fresh towels were also plentiful. Even beach towels, beach bags, parasols, all the things we usually have to buy new when we're in Sardinia. So we know what we're talking about, because we've been here many times. We can highly recommend Marina's apartment to anyone. Thank you!

A relaxing vacation! Strategic location in the center of the village (all amenities are in the area) and very close to the beach. The accommodation is located inside a small residence, perfectly responsive to photos and equipped with every comfort. Highlight attention to detail, cleanliness, and attention to the customer. Marina Elena and her husband are delicious, helpful, and kind people. We'll definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay in Isola Rossa very much! The apartment is equipped with everything you need and clean. It is set back a bit, which we appreciated very much. The location is quiet and yet you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. The private parking space for the apartment is very convenient. As motorcyclists with limited luggage options, we also greatly appreciated having our own washing machine... Marina Elena is a great hostess. Questions were answered within a very short time and the coordination regarding check-in was simple and uncomplicated: On arrival we were already expected and greeted in a friendly manner. As a welcome gift, we received a bottle of wine, water, fruits... thank you again! Checking out was also straightforward. Maeina Elena came by in person to say goodbye and share the code for the key box. With Marina Elena, you are definitely in good hands! I'd love to come back! Thank you for everything!

Step-free apartment,clean, new , well equipped ,nice very "Mediterranean" decoration, comfortable bedding, efficient air conditioning. Beautiful terrace with garden and direct access to the pool, common to several apartments, magnificent views of the bay . Very quiet environment, residence surrounded by the wild scrub,access secured by a gate. From the residence , access on foot to 2 beaches ( spiaggia Bianca and cala Sassari),by a path through the vegetation . Note: essential car, no shops nearby, many steps to access the apartment , the room with 2 twin beds is rather suitable for children /teens. A real estate agency takes care of the apartment, responsive to your requests ( by message or phone ). Our stay was very pleasant, especially since all the other residents were discreet and respectful of calm .

I knew the house perfectly because I lived many summers in Portobello. I think my judgment is overshadowed by a passion for that place The location is definitely beautiful I had a great time.

The place was very nice. We spent two weeks there with our kids. Of course, the proximity of the beach was great. 200 meters reachable by a small road. The area on Capo Testa is a dream, great for hiking with beautiful coves. However, you have to keep in mind that the road to the property is quite narrow, only accessible by a very small car. The garbage disposal unfortunately does not work well on Capo Testa, our garbage was often not picked up and we had to take it to Santa Teresa to the garbage dump. Otherwise, we were very happy with the place.
