Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Arzachena

The accommodation was large and spacious, two very nice renovated bathrooms, two very large terraces each with a very well-kept garden and a third roof terrace with panoramic views. The kitchen had everything we needed including a modern 4-field induction stove. The hot water worked flawlessly everywhere and there were comfortable garden furniture in sufficient numbers. The mattresses in the bedroom were also comfortable. In the neighboring village of Santa Teresa, which can be reached in a few minutes' drive, there is good and delicious gastronomy, which we have also enjoyed several times. We loved the whole area and our landlord Matteo and his team are easily accessible at all times if you need them. We'd love to come back! Thanks Matteo!

Location was amazing! We could walk a little path to the beach from behind the property. Our children loved playing soccer in the backyard and husband enjoyed the bbq grill. The smell of the jasmine was so heavenly! We highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

We had the pleasure of staying here for 10 days and I can confidently say it was one of the best holiday experiences I've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who made us feel like cherished guests rather than just clients. The home itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It’s very quiet and had absolutely everything we needed for our stay, making it perfect for our family of 3. The layout is excellent, with a central eating area and two individual bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, offering privacy and convenience for everyone. One of the standout features is the charming garden sofa area, which we used as an extension of the living room. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to families with kids or couples looking for a perfect getaway. I can’t wait to return! 🙏🏻❤️

We had such a wonderful stay at the house, Tonino and Maddalena made us feel so welcome and gave us great tips for the area! We loved sitting under the olive trees and enjoyed the cosy house. Everything was clean, the kitchen was very well equipped and we slept very good. Thanks again for having us and being so nice and helpful ☺️

Our family loved our stay at this beautiful home. It was very peaceful and private. Gian Piero was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Home was perfectly clean with everything you need guaranteed. Walking distance to a beautiful beach for snorkeling and a grocery for food. Sabrina was great host , professional and always available to help. Location and view is stunning and makes you forget everything else. Beautiful beach just 5 minutes walk. We had very nice time there, Only thing needs a bit of attention is outdoor shower and BBQ area as it was unusable. Also boiler is too small and not enough for size of the house and 8 people. Overall it was well worth it and had wonderful time there.

Apartment is very nice! Big plus, that it is located very close to the wonderful beach with 2 restaurants and is close to Olbia . Area is quite and calm. We were staying there in the beginning of April, it felt a quite humid in the apartment. Probably because it is on the ground floor and its not hot yet. But the heating was working well and I imagine that in hot weather its a perfect place to hide from the heat:) Bed and pillows was very comfortable !! Kids were happy to sleep in a bunk bed and adores to play in the garden. Massimiliano is a very friendly and responsive host always helped with everything we asked him.

We stayed in the accommodation for a week with three adults and a 7-year-old child. The apartment offers everything you need in an Airbnb. Within walking distance is a beautiful beach with crystal clear water, beautiful sandy beach, sun loungers, toilets and two beach restaurants. The prices are totally reasonable there and the beach seems to be popular with the locals as well. Furthermore, you can walk to a tobacco shop, a supermarket and various restaurants as well as a bus stop. Access was super easy and the parking space on the private property is just super. A great place to stay that offers a great starting point for Sardinia if you end up in Olbia. Everything was very clean and we didn't miss anything. The contact with the host is super friendly and fast. On the last day, we were even allowed to stay longer than 10:00 a.m. in the accommodation, which helped us a lot, as we didn't fly until the evening. Absolute recommendation 👍🏻

Fabio was very friendly and helpful. He provided a lot of useful information in advance. The apartment was as described and there was realy everything available you could possibly need. Murta Maria is a very quiet place. So without a car there is not much you can do. I was there with my dog and for calming down and walking around it was great. Nice nature to see. My favourite place was porto istana beach (30 minutes walk).

Antonella s place was perfect for our family. Room was big , very clean with a little kitchen and a private bathroom. The place where is located is very peaceful , it has also a lovely pool with beautiful surroundings. You are 20 minutes away from beautiful beaches and very close to Olbia airport. Thanks very much Antonella for everything, you made us feel very welcomed and very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and well equipped. We especially liked the balcony, where we could spend relaxing hours. The bed was also very comfortable, we slept very well. Communication with Michela was very fast, friendly and uncomplicated. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the accommodation. We spent two nights at this property. We especially liked that many things are within walking distance - even at the end of October. Unfortunately, it was rainy, so we were never in the lounge or garden. Very close to the sea! In the small kitchen, we found almost everything. Nicola helped us with the olive oil😊. A very nice house, perfectly placed near the beach. All you need to have a good time with friends or family is here. We enjoyed using the garden a lot. As we did not have a car, the shade from the “pergola” quickly became our base, and many good hours with our 2 year old was spent here.

For my first time in Sardinia, I was looking for a quiet place with all the comforts of home and this apartment met my needs in full. Giovanni and Antonella were always available and super kind both before our arrival and during our stay and upon our arrival they welcomed us with local delights. They were also able to recommend great activities and restaurants! The house was very tidy and clean and had everything in the description (washing machine, air conditioning, wifi, etc.). Despite the drought issues, we have never run out of water (which is no small thing!) Beautiful sea easily reachable on foot in just under 10 min walk or drive (there is ample parking at €3 per day). I couldn't wish for a better welcome and hospitality for my first trip to the wonderful Sardinian land! We will definitely be back and hopefully as soon as possible!
