Cozy place with a big deck and nice view. Not far from the mountain fun in the Pisgah area. Owner is responsive and provided useful information. We enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful cabin! Had everything we needed for a peaceful, relaxing long weekend. We enjoyed the fire pit. We also enjoyed being able to bring our pets, it can be hard to find a trustworthy place to leave them on short notice. Everything was clean and well equipped. We really appreciated the fact that there was a washer and dryer there. I looked for several weeks trying to pick a place that we could enjoy while in Asheville for a concert and I picked the right place. We didn't want to be in the thick of downtown but wanted easy access to it and other nearby attractions. We will definitely stay at this cabin or the larger one right below it. A++++

Lita’s place was fabulous! The decor was well conceived and sophisticated and the layout is really functional and roomy! As tall people, we loved the really high ceilings and the enormous windows create a very spacious and light filled abode surrounded by nature. The kitchen is well stocked w gas for cooks and a nice outdoor fire-pit for s’mores! The primary bathroom is incredibly large as well the primary walk in closet. The quickest trip we have ever had to the horse show and local attractions-we will definitely be back!

The accommodations and appliances were new and modern. Excellent bathroom set up with double vanities and a big shower. The view from the living room and bedroom was just spectacular!!! Mountain Air Resort community was first class. The road was paved and maintained very well. Beautiful landscaping everywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return to this very home in the future!!!

This is a wonderful villa, great meadow view and private you can walk to the top of the hill to the tasting room beautiful surroundings with a vineyard and Mountain View‘s and the family is a very welcoming and responsive host. Would highly recommend staying here.

Wendy waited for us for check in at night and was always available when we needed something. The place was better than the pictures. Beautifull views and really clean. golf cart was fun and games room in clubhouse kept us entertained in rainy days. beautiful community and people

The condo located in Mountain Air was exactly as described. It was secluded yet 10-15 minutes from downtown Burnsville; which is a lovely area. The condo had everything we needed to make our New Year’s Eve vacation perfect. Kitchen was adequately stocked with everything I needed to cook special meals for the holiday. The views from the back deck were breathtaking. I would be happy to rent again! 40 minutes to Asheville and 90 minutes to snowy mountains of Sugar and Beech mountains. Perfect location. It was a very special week for me and my husband.

The home was gorgeous in a beautiful location with easy access to town. Unfortunately, Hurricane Helene hit while we were there, so we had to evacuate. Asheville was devastated by this storm, so we lost power, water, cell service, and had to contend with many downed trees and power lines to evacuate. Lucas was very responsive and concerned about our well-being. Once able to receive texts, he had been routinely trying to check in with us to make sure we were okay. Although the beautiful mountain road was severely impacted, most of this house was spared, except the garage roof and driveway entrance and exit. I pray for an eventual return to normalcy for Asheville its wonderful people, Western NC, Eastern TN, and upstate SC. As for Lucas’s place, this would have been the perfect home and location for a vacation rental had this once in a 1000 year storm been a factor. It was well stocked with everything we needed, including a propane generator.

We celebrated my boyfriend’s 30th at Julie’s and absolutely loved it! Very private and secluded. The views are incredible. We loved sitting in the hot tub at night under the stars! This was exactly what we wanted for his birthday. Julie was super responsive and answered all our questions very promptly. Awesome host and would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a romantic getaway!

This place is amazing for group or family trips. Every room has a king size bed and private bathroom, which is almost impossible to find elsewhere, and we loved the giant kitchen table, which was big enough for family dinners and a puzzle or games. The hot tub was nice and clean and easy to use. The house is located at the top of a hill with a cute retail village at the base, just a short walk away, and downtown Asheville is a 10min drive. The only note I would have—and this is not necessarily a con at all, depending on what you’re looking for, but this location is not private or secluded at all. It’s on a populated cul de sac and the houses are close enough together to hear the neighbors talking, hanging out, or playing music on the porch next to you at regular volume. Again, this wasn’t an inconvenience for us in any way, we had a wonderful stay. Just figured it’s a nice to know for some people. We would absolutely book this location again for another family trip!

Awesome layout for a group of 4 or more!

We used the Air BNBs as we were getting married across the street for all our friends to stay in and it was so nice and convenient. Clean, easy to accesss, convenient, and really great.

Beautiful house, well equipped. We had a great family thanksgiving.

This place is AMAZING!! More than enough room for our family which included 10 adults and 2 small children. The decor was beautiful and the home was comfortable and homey. Krista and Graciano were super responsive and very accommodating. They went above and beyond by leaving things like beach toys and swim goggles for the kids, some fun hats for Memorial Day, and everything we needed to make s’mores. Our family owned a home in Chimney Rock that we completely lost due to hurricane Helene. It had become tradition for Memorial Day to be the designated weekend for our entire family to come together. It was so hard to not be able to continue that tradition this year. Although very different, Graciano and Krista’s home was the perfect place for us to continue our Memorial Day tradition. The home has so much to offer on its own that we barely used any of the amazing amenities that the resort has to offer!

It was good overall but it would be way better after construction would be done and I do not recommend grandparents to go because of walking on the hills, but other than that everything was amazing!! Place was clean and tidy, had hood communication with Hollie and the scenery and weather really helped us made the trip better..

Can’t say enough about our recent stay at Springdale. We aren’t golfers but we enjoyed our cabin, the pool and the surrounding area. We were given a golf cart which we used everyday to drive around and look at the amazing surroundings! We had an issue with our rental truck and the owner reached out to see if our son was ok. We will definitely rent this cabin again in the future!! We hate to leave We are at the restaurant everyday and the food was amazing!!
