Apartment holiday rentals in Athens

Finding a decent hotel room at an affordable price in Athens is always difficult. This two bedroom unit was better than a typical hotel room and the building operates like a hotel with a manned front desk, key cards, a gym, and free coffee in the lobby. Good location downtown, clean, and easy check-in and checkout. Highly recommend.

We had a pleasant stay at this condo. There were a lot of things to do within walking distance. We would stay here again.

I was with a group that was looking for a convenient, clean and safe location in downtown Athens, and this place was great. Centrally located, on site parking for multiple cars, attractive unit with great beds, clean bathrooms and plenty of supplies. We were worried that it would be noisy since it was downtown on a weekend, but the location of the unit on the 6th floor combined with the location in the building minimized the noise levels. Our only suggestion is that the bathrooms could use some refreshing due to wear and tear, but otherwise it was a great place to stay and we hope to stay there again. We also loved that Jittery Joe's coffee was offered around the clock in the lobby, and the personnel on the front desk could not have been nicer or more helpful, but in advance and during check in and check out.

As always, we enjoyed our stay! The location is excellent! We love all the restaurants downtown and it’s proximity to campus!

Fantastic spot for my daughter’s sorority mothers’ weekend. Excellent location to all downtown and campus activities and the parking situation was a huge bonus. The apartment was perfect for our needs and we will absolutely stay there again for future visits if it is available. Plus you can’t beat the school spirit in the building or the unit! His place was perfect and very cozy. It was well furnished with all modern appliances and decorations giving it a feel of home and is in a convenient location to the UGA campus and the downtown area. Recommend staying here and would do so again in the future.

Hannah’s place was exactly as described! It was an easy drive downtown to lots of restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable, and it was the perfect place for my friends and me. Hannah was also always responsive and friendly!

We appreciated the clear instructions to check-in. Everything was super clean upon our arrival and we loved the modern vibe of the space. The location is perfect if you plan on doing anything downtown. Everything is walkable. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautifully decorated 2-bedroom condo near Athens and UGA! The space was spotless and thoughtfully arranged, with stylish furnishings and all the comforts of home. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated the little touches like extra towels and fast Wi-Fi. The location couldn’t be more convenient—just a short drive to downtown Athens and the UGA campus, but in a quiet, safe area that made it easy to relax after a day out. Check-in was seamless, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We came up for our daughter’s graduation and felt right at home. Very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Easy to get to all of our events for the weekend.

This was a great place to stay for our daughters graduation from UGA. Completely updated and clean. Comfy bed and nice bathroom. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Athens or the campus.

We’ve stayed in several AirBnBs in Athens the past four years. This one is the best location and nicest of all of them! The location makes everything downtown walkable and even walked to Sanford. Her description, instructions, and customer service were excellent! It was perfect for two sets of parents during our UGA student’s parents weekend.
