It’s perfect for two guests but also great for children or three adults. Our converted garage uses space heaters in each area. Check the upstairs ledge for the heater/AC remote to control the window unit. Our kitchenette has only microwave available. NO OUTSIDE APPLIANCES ALLOWED. Upstairs is a large bathroom and listening area with turntable.

Sidewalks right in front of the main house beckon you to stroll through the beautiful historic neighborhood or walk on down to UGA's campus (.6 mi). Downtown is also an easy 2 mile ride just down the road.
