Monthly Rentals in Avati

Neha was very proactive and responsive prior to the stat and provided all information needed in advance. Arrival and check in was very easy, everything in the apartment was clean and in order to just go in and enjoy. Kitchen has all utensils needed for daily use, plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. Peaceful and quiet building, restaurants and supermarket on walking distance within the area and plenty more outside. Great experience!

I would say the property was simply amazing and outstanding. It's one of few best places that I have ever stayed. Great location and a warm and comfy stay. You must try this place, if you want to have a memorable stay at foothills of Nandi.

It is exactly as seen in the pics. It was clean and the host was responsive to all the queries that we had. The location was also extremely good and the stay was comfortable

- This place is really a calm ,quiet, serene place to live - Area feels like a bit lonely in location,like there is only 1 house nearby, but no need to worry , its a peacefull area.... no problems faced - Host is responsive, the kitchen tap had a problem ....when we called... they provided assistance fast - Sufficient cooking utensils are available - Markets nearby in 500 m - swiggy zomato accessible - Main highway is like 2 kms away - Airport 8...9 kms
