You’ll feel relaxed and right at home. The queen-sized bed has a full Casper bedding system that includes Casper mattress, Casper platform & Casper pillows. Bedding also includes Peacock Alley 100% cotton sheets and Brooklinen duvet cover. Luxury sofa pulls out into a second queen-sized bed. Full bathroom with stand-up shower. Brand-new heating & cooling system with remote control to give guests complete control over temperature. High-speed Wi-Fi. Roku TV with commercial-free Hulu, Netflix & Amazon Prime TV. Television extends from wall for ideal viewing from anywhere in the room. Vinyl record player with records from various periods and Amazon Echo for music. Reading chair with magazines. Fully-equipped kitchenette with all pots, pans, dishes & accessories needed to cook a full meal. Table for two that can also be used as a work area. Separate coffee cart with coffee maker and the best freshly ground local coffee and premium teas plus microwave. Full refrigerator. Closet space to hang all of your clothes. Large chest of drawers. Full length mirror. Luggage rack for suitcase. Extra sheets, blankets and pillows for pull-out sofa bed. One dedicated off-street parking spot in driveway. Lots more free street parking just one block away. Your host will be on the property and available for anything you need during your stay, so please don’t hesitate asking. In the meantime, we value your complete privacy. The home provides a great location for exploring both Decatur and Atlanta. There are many great restaurants and shops in the area to enjoy and the MARTA train station is one block away providing direct access to downtown Atlanta. Our carriage house is also one block away from the MARTA train with a direct line to Downtown Atlanta for anyone visiting Atlanta and spending most of their time downtown. Forget about traffic and paying for parking. Stay in Decatur and take the 15-minute train ride into downtown instead.

Enjoy our cozy carriage house apartment nestled among the trees & filled with gorgeous natural light. This 2nd story apartment was built in 2021 with dark oak floors, bright quartz countertops, and a mixture of modern and vintage furniture. Art throughout the apartment was created by picture book illustrators. The appliances are all new including a dishwasher and a combo washer/dryer unit. Abundant street parking is available and this home is located just half a mile from downtown Decatur.

This house checks all the boxes: parking (we had 2 cars), close to Emory, enough bedrooms, a kitchen with all the pots and pans that you’d need, and a very responsive host. Jason checked up on us multiple times during our stay to make sure we were ok. We’ll stay here again.

Sarah's place was perfect and one of the most relaxing, peaceful stays we've ever stayed at an AirBnB. Her place truly felt right at home for my family. We each had a favorite spot to sit/relax and while it was cozy, it was large enough for the 4 of us to have our own space. The furnishings were great, sofas and beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. We really liked the Nescafe coffee machine, too. The hosts thought of everything and I also liked the work counter in the basement, along with the spaceship light. Check-in and check-out was also super-easy. While other places have a long list of check-out requests, she only had 2, one of which was to lock the doors behind you. Great location, too, close to Emory and Publix and coffee shops were a 3-4 min drive away. While my son just graduated, our daughter still has some years left and so we'll definitely try and rent this place again. Thanks for the great stay!

ATL Bungalow-whole house. Pool! Walk to MARTA

Such an amazing stay. Was there to celebrate my GF birthday and Kathryn even helped with a cute birthday surprise. This house has everything you need for a peaceful stay. Was only able to enjoy the pool for a little while as our itinerary was booked up, but my GF loved every minute of it. Would highly recommend to others, and I would book this Airbnb again.
