Holiday rentals with a patio in Ayvalık

Thank you for providing a very sufficient accommodation experience in the interior with a large garden balcony within the texture of the island, right next to the Rahmi Koç museum, within walking distance to everywhere.

Mr. Gökhan and his wife welcomed us very well. The house, location, everything was as described and shown in the photos. We had a very nice 3 days as we wanted. Thank you so much

On our 3-day vacation, we were almost at peace with Ms. Başak's house and suggestions. We received the house quite clean and made sure to deliver it the same way. Our host was helpful at every moment, we had a nice holiday with detailed information and suggestions about the Ayvalık region. Thank you very much.

It was a great place in terms of location, Ms. Zeynep was very caring and helpful, the room we stayed in was as in the photos and even more beautiful, we really felt like at home, it was a very peaceful place. We said goodbye, hoping to see each other again.

First of all, the location of the house was really nice. It was about 250 meters from the sea. The interior of the house and the linens and towels were very clean. We did not encounter anything missing in the house. The garden is very pleasant:) The host had treats from the peppers in the garden:) We did not communicate much because we did not encounter any problems, but we had no problems with the check-in and checkout. Thank you for this pleasant holiday:) If a yellow cat accompanies you in your garden, we called it a coward:)

Alp's apartment is very comfortable and is well located. The terrace is very nice and you are on the promenade within a few minutes. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer and the kitchen is very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy and Alper always wrote back quickly. We will be happy to come back!

Isil and his co-host Sakire are very friendly. His English is excellent. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Easy to find and access. Comfortable beds, fully functional kitchen. Also had a laundry machine which was handy as we were travelling for a couple of weeks in need of a wash of clothes. A big bonus!!. Parking was also available as we had a car. We look forward to staying again when we visit the Ayavlik and Cunda area in the future. Thank you for a great stay.

We were 3 people, but it was a very sufficient house for 4 people. The house smelled great, it was clean, we had a pleasant time on the small terrace, Ms. Zeynep was very helpful, if we come again, we will stay here again 🎉

We stayed for 4 nights. The house is a stone house and the location is very nice. The house also had supplies for needs other than basic needs. There was an ant problem in the house, but the issue was resolved after the pesticide. Due to the architectural structure of the stone house, when you walk upstairs, the sound comes directly downstairs. It was generally nice. It can be accommodated for a long time. More ideal for 2 people.

Mr. Emin was a very caring host and responded very quickly to our problems and offered pleasant suggestions before and after check-in. We felt very safe because it was a family atmosphere and it was also very clean. The house was 10-15 minutes away from the center as mentioned. There were tools in the house with all the equipment. We were very satisfied and would like to choose this house again if we come back. I definitely recommend it.

Ms. Ahu was both very helpful and ready to communicate at any time. Even though we went right away, she did not make us suffer, she was very flexible with our check-ins and check-outs. The house was very clean and among the old streets of Ayvalig. We had a good time in the garden.

I really liked the house. The location is wonderful—surrounded by nature, quiet, and peaceful. The interior was spotless, thoughtfully arranged, and had everything one might need. The location of the house was great. The house was also quite good. It was also very nice to have its own beach. It can be one of the best spots in the North Aegean for those who are looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday. Everything was as described during the reservation, we didn't have a bad surprise. We were very satisfied with Ms. Eda's quick replies and hostess. She didn't know anything about her, but even though it was the morning of the holiday, she took care of the negativity right away. The house had all kinds of kitchens and household items. There was only a luggage and an environment to come. It was a very calm and serene environment due to the fact that it was on the site. We had a lovely dinner and morning breakfast at the porch. It is a relaxing environment for families with children to leave their children alone and relax.
