Literally the perfect place for a weekend getaway — hot tub, bbq, and firepit - plus a walk to a good pub nearby. Had an amazing time and all went very smoothly. Will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely stunning lodge, was exactly what we wanted. Very spacious and was bigger than expected. The hot tub added a little extra something. Everything you would need for a weekend stay. Fantastic surroundings, including the friendly horses that would come to their gate for a stroke. Beautiful location with a country park not far for a great walk. Overall a brilliant stay and would highly recommend!

beautiful lodge in a quiet area which would be great for any fishing fans. only 30-40 mins from a selection of great beaches too, so an ideal location for exploring the area. Ruth was a great host and even dropped off some freshly laid eggs and some plastic cups for the hot tub!

A great stay for our family. The perfect getaway from the madness of every day parent life! We enjoyed a 2 hour exploration across the acres of land nearby and some relaxation in the well maintained hot tub. The place was a home from home and extremely well kept. In the evening there were a few creepy crawlies, but expected in the countryside! The king sized bed was ever so comfy and the children slept well in the single bedroom next door. We would 100% recommend this place and would love to come back in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay in one of the cabins! Easy instructions to find, and ample parking. Beautiful landscaping around the pod cabins, and although there were others, it felt very secluded and private. Very quiet and loved hearing the horses and birds. The wood fired hot tub was AMAZING and was the perfect place to catch up with friends. BBQ made for easy dining and we were able to sit out on the patio. Small inside (for 4 people) but perfectly formed and had absolutely everything we needed. Loved our stay and hope to return!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the weekend. The house was spotless, well equipped, a great space and we genuinely looked forward to coming back the second night! Great garden too!

Lovely little cabin in a beautiful and peaceful location! Everything was to our liking, the hosts are warm and welcoming, and the cosy cabin was exactly what we needed! Everything was clean and tidy, and the back yard is just gorgeous!

We had a lovely stay. The cargo pod was just big enough for us and the facilities were great. The patio furniture could do with an update, but overall we are really happy

Fantastic lodge, just as described, spotlessly clean, everything you could need. Ideally located to visit Maldon, Burnham, Leigh on sea etc. Good choice of country inns and cafes. Would definately stay again.

We only stayed at Horizon Lodge from mon - Fri (and booked it on our arrival day!!!!) but we had such a wonderful stay. The view is stunning. We played family board games on the rainy bits, which is always nice when the sea is outside your window. We walked to Thorpeness along the seafront which I highly recommend. The lodge was spotless and very comfortable. It was also lovely and warm. We will definitely be back.

Liz was a fantastic host- so friendly and helpful. Finding the location could have been challenging, but she was more than accommodating to make sure we found the AirBnB after a long drive/arriving at night. The place was clean, just like the photos. Liz was a lovely host to communicate back and forth with- and she was even generous enough to allow a late check-out. Would highly recommend staying here!

Gorgeous get away and a beautiful location with wildlife and peace all around. Great base for exploring the pretty villages, towns and Bury St Edmund’s. Lots to see and do. Thanks to Catriona and Co. for a lovely stay!

Our stay at the cabin was absolutely lovely. It was a last minute bookings but Alex and Amy were very helpfully. Before we arrived the heating was turned on so we arrived to a very toasty cabin :), there is two double beds, a very comfortable cosy front room area with a tv, the kitchen had everything you needed including a large fridge with a freezer, the surrounding were beautiful especially at night you can see a lot of stars, we did arrive later then normal so was a little bit hard seeing where we going as it was dark (that’s our fault) but Alex saw us a little confused on his drive and helped straight away, was very peaceful and quite area, was 5-10 mins drive from everything. Would 100% stay again.

We had a fantastic stay! The caravan was absolutely lovely — very clean, spacious, and well looked after. It had everything we needed and felt really comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect for the wedding we were attending nearby, it was walking distance to the venue which made everything so convenient. A big shoutout to the host Scarlet, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay — quick to respond and even offered to help with check-in. Truly top-notch customer service! Would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you!

A beautiful setting, the dome in the garden was a real added bonus and the garden lights and decor were a lovely touch. So much outside space, you could easily add another cabin and still have I plenty of privacy and space. Well equipped kitchen and very clean bathroom. We couldn’t get to WiFi to connect and the tv signal was patchy but didn’t bother us as we didn’t really need either. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Lovely cabin to stay at with beautiful views and kitty did an amazing job at making us feel welcome! So much information provided and we honestly loved being there! Tennis courts are available to use which is amazing and the whole place looked so lovely! We will definitely be back soon and hopefully for more days next time! Thanks kitty! Xx

Lovely little cabin in Julie's garden. Good safe parking and I loved the TV as it had Sky and Netflix. Stayed here a few times and will definitely go back soon.
