Maddie’s flat is self contained first floor flat within a mansion house. It consists of 3 bedrooms (queen, double & twin beds) a sitting room, kitchen/diner and bathroom/utility. Plus a newly added shower room with toilet. The flat will hold 5 adults or 6 people if there are children in the party due to bed sizes. Gas central heating and underfloor heating in kitchen and bathroom. Due to this being a flat within the main house some household noise may be heard. Low occupancy rates considered

The Cow Shed near Lavenham

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful hideaway in the Suffolk countryside. The hamlet of Thorpe Morieux is just outside of the historic village of Lavenham (9 mins drive). Lavenham is often described as "England’s best preserved medieval town" (but really it's a village). Back in the medieval period it was among the twenty wealthiest settlements in England! Nowadays it offers a wealth of historical interest, delightful shops and galleries and a wide choice of places to eat and drink.

Our annex is complete with spacious double bedroom, shower room, lounge & kitchenette. The Annex is located next to the Norfolk & Suffolk Avaition Museum and The Flixton Buck Inn for great food & locally made drinks. Flixton is a small rural village, 5 minutes to the historic town of Bungay, 20 minutes to the Norfolk Broads, 30 minutes to Southwold. 20 minutes to Norwich, 40 minutes to Bury St Edmunds or Ipswich. Our central location is perfect for holidaying in Norfolk or Suffolk.

Self Contained Studio in Wivenhoe

Tuck away next to the Wivenhoe woods (upper Wivenhoe), this lovely self-contained studio flat provides comfortable accommodation throughout. The studio is on a cul-de-sac, with its own entrance. It is just a short walk to the University of Essex via Wivenhoe Public pathway. The the train station is also only 15 minute walk away through the Wivenhoe trail. Ideal for 1-2 guests, but a baby or small chid is welcome (providing that you bring your own travel cot & bedding with you).

It is extremely well placed to visit Suffolk coastal towns and attractions such as Snape Maltings, Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Southwold, Minsmere Bird Reserve, Rendlesham Forest & Iken Bay riding stables. A nice bottle of wine and nibbles will be waiting to welcome you (plus tea, coffee and biscuits).

It has its own access with Car parking on private drive. The Studio has high speed internet and TV with various sports channels. Tea Coffee and Milk offered as standard We are happy to accept pets, for a small fee.
