We really enjoyed our stay at Peters place. Very convenient for the wedding venue we were attending. The house was lovely, very clean, lots of room both inside and out. Would recommend anyone wanting to visit Newmarket this place is a really good location

Rebecca was very responsive from booking to check out. Very friendly and approachable. The accommodation exceeded all expectations. Beautiful cottage, had everything we needed and more. The food was a lovely surprise! Thank you. The toiletries were amazing too (they smell divine!). Very comfortable to relax and sleep. Really hope to come again and stay longer next time! So much more to explore!

Katharine has a lovely house & garden in the centre of charming Woodbridge. Its very stylishly furnished, with an immaculate bathroom & has all the essential mod cons. The only drawback to its central location is the on-street parking, which can be quite competitive! However, the Theatre Street pay car park is only just round the corner.

We had an absolutely wonderful family weekend in Victoria’s beautiful farmhouse. There was everything we needed and the kitchen was very well equipped. All the bedrooms were great and the garden is beautiful - the children loved the trampoline! We also loved having the cats around - very friendly! Thank you so much. We had a great time!

The accommodation was very comfortable. Lots of cushions on the sofas and lots of equipment in the kitchen , good working space in kitchen and very nice dining table and chairs. Jo had left us so many extras - she really had thought of everything There were beautiful gardens to sit in with summer house and pond so peaceful and relaxing. Jo was very friendly and helpful Country side around was beautiful We were rather sad to leave

We had a fabulous stay at the caravan, it has everything you need and is very comfortable. It is very clean and cosy. Tracy is the best host and goes beyond helping you feel at home. The site in June was quiet which is what we like. There are wonderful walks on the doorstep and the beach is two minutes away. Mersea island is a little gem!

This is our third time staying with Kelly and yet again we had a great time and experience. The caravan is spotless and in a lovely location. Kelly was an excellent host as she always is. Hopefully we will be back next year!

Perfect place for a little break. Cleanest caravan we’ve ever stayed in! Bedding looked, felt and smelt fresh, bathroom, toilet and kitchen all clean and well equipped, and Yussuf was quick to respond with any questions. We’d definitely stay again.

Had a lovely relaxing stay in a great property. I really quiet location with fantastic outdoor space that was perfect for a family break. The kitchen had all we needed for our meal prep and Clacton is a short drive away for the big supermarket shop. Recommend that you take your garden games but don't forget to pack your swimming bits to spend time in one of the hot tubs afterwards. All the family said they would love to stay there again. Antonina was always speedy and helpful with responses and helped us retrieve the items that we managed to leave behind.

We had the most amazing stay at Sprotts farm, in the brambles. The cottage itself was lovely and so homely, and there were lovely dog walks straight from the door, but to then add in a gorgeous outdoor pool and an excellent games room just propelled this holiday in to one of our favourites. Alica and family were on hand to help with any info if needed, but we're not overbearing at all. We would highly recommend Sprotts farm to anybody and will definitely return. This is a simply gorgeous property with incredible history and so many thoughtful little touches that make a stay here an absolute delight. Very comfy beds, fluffy towels, very well equipped kitchen, a washer/dryer and a real home away from home feel - it’s more like a luxury homestay than your typical AirBnB. This is an excellent base for exploring Suffolk and Norfolk - we wish we’d had more time to stay.

We had a lovely peaceful weekend! Lovely and quiet, no traffic noise, lots of crickets and birds to listen to. Our dog Rudy loved the local walks. Rebecca was very kind and left us milk, cider and biscuits, all was much appreciated. Clean and well decorated. Highly recommend for a quiet break away and I’m sure we will be back in the future.

This was an ideal stay for us and our 3 young children. The house is a good location and the host (unlike a lot of other air b&bs) provides a huge array of amenities that every household would need i.e. toiletries/cooking sauces etc, not just the bare minimum. The kids loved the garden and the sports equipment provided. Dart board in the garage and cricket in the garden were popular. The house is lovely and spacious and the back living room had loads of toys my kids loved playing with. Outside garden area was lovely to sit at and bbq. Victoria was a great host, very responsive to messages.

This accommodation is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There are lots of lovely local walks and a couple of convenience stores and pubs within walking distance. There are lots location is peaceful with a nice outdoor courtyard garden. Occasionally footsteps can be heard from above the bedroom due to the accommodation being underneath part of the owner’s home.

we had a pleasant four day stay, the property is ideally positioned to be close to everything but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. we found everything first rate at the property, making full use of the very good kitchen. living area and bedrooms were comfortable and the shower and toilets spotless. definitely would return

We enjoyed our stay at the Nook. The place had everything we needed and felt much more luxury than the local hotels. Of note was how clean it was on arrival. Alex was a great host. Would recommend!
