The guest house is 30 meters from the residential house. Access to a patio, fire pit and garden. Located in the countryside, close to nice hiking trails. To the swimming lakes, it is about 2.5 km. Bikes and canoes can be rented.

Super cozy house in a lovely location! Spacious with 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, 2 modern bathrooms. Completely renovated with the charm preserved. Fully equipped kitchen (household appliances, stove, hot air oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher) with cozy fireplace. Good heat in winter. In summer, you can swim directly at the house (jetty with ladder). It is possible to rent a rowing boat and fish. Parking directly adjacent to the house. 12 km to Borås (15 min), 30km (25 min) to Landvetter airport, 50km to Gothenburg (40 min).

Hiking trails and barbecue areas nearby. Wonderful nature overlooking the city within walking distance. Cross-country ski trails are within 1 km of the property. 5 minutes by car from the city.

House is on the coast of the pond and you can access beach in 200meters. If you want to rest in middle of nature,to fish , gather mushrooms or berrys,and stay away from noisy city,this is the place for you. With an extra fee we can pick you up from the airport. For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

"Lillhuset" har 2 sängar (1 sovrum och 1 loft) . Vi bäddar skönt till er och handdukar finns.
