80m2 apartment on the third floor overlooking the historic center and partially on the Vena canal, 150 meters from the boats to / from Venice, with air conditioning. Consisting of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a living room with a convertible sofa, a brand new kitchen, a bathroom, and with a terrace from which you can also see the lagoon and the port. The terrace has tables, chairs and umbrella to enjoy breakfasts, aperitifs, dinners, or even just sunbathing in complete relaxation.

The accommodations are equipped with many comforts, including a beautiful upstairs terrace.

A small apartment cared for in every detail ideal for two people located 10 minutes from Piazza San Marco. The private view of the canal on one side and the internal courtyard on the other make it one of a kind.
