Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. In the adjoining garden you can barbecue, play and enjoy the view as you wish. 2 bicycles are provided free of charge. On request and subject to availability, we will gladly provide you with additional bicycles with which you can explore the surroundings. The sightseeing towns of Heiligendamm and Kühlungsborn are just a stone's throw away.

Our exclusive vacation apartment Wellenfunkeln is the ideal place for your Baltic Sea dream vacation. Look forward to a light-flooded modern and stylishly furnished penthouse apartment with 2 balconies and direct views of the lake. The 72 m² apartment, completed in 2019, is on the 3rd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200 m away from the beach.
