From May 10th to June 24th, façade work will be carried out on the building. During this period, scaffolding will be erected around the house. The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

In 10 minutes you can walk through the city forest (enclosure) to the city center and directly behind your home is Hohenrode Park. My "little hut" is located in the beautiful village of Stapelburg in the Harz Mountains between Wernigerode and Bad Harzburg/Goslar. Last year, a real gem with a lot of love for detail emerged from a "junk shed." My place is on a quiet side street, and parking is available right in front of the house. The "Schüppchen" is hidden behind my house and is accessible via a comfortable external staircase.

A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.

The house is centrally located in Bad Lauterberg - within walking distance you are in a few minutes in the beautiful shopping street "Boulevard", with its many shops, cafes and restaurants, as in the spa park or at the chairlift to the local mountain. Hiking and cycling tours can be started directly from the house, as well as with the well-developed public transport.
