Family-friendly apartment with south terrace on our sunny horse farm

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

The 54 m² centrally located apartment is cozy and rustic and has a large south-facing balcony, two flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, a sofa bed, fast Wi-Fi and an underground parking space (both free of charge). The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave, coffee maker (Tchibo Cafissimo - e.g. Aldi pads), fridge and much more. Towels, bed linen, hair dryer are provided. Spices, oil, coffee & tea, as well as towels & bed linen are provided. Shopping is within walking distance.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. On 70 square meters with a large south-facing balcony and views of the countryside, just relax and unwind! If you arrive with your car, you can park it comfortably right outside the door. The Westphalian thermal baths with sauna area & swimming pool are 6 minutes' walk away. It is just as far to the bakery and 2 supermarkets. The spa forest is also around the corner!

Welcome to our farm surrounded by nature. Our apartment offers a special charm in an old wall, but is in new condition inside. Everything is furnished in a cozy country house style. A kitchen with 2 hotplates, sink, mini oven, contact grill, fridge, coffee maker and kettle offers everything you need. Linens, towels, etc. are provided. Arrival by car is recommended as the nearest stop is 1.3 km away.
