Die Wohnung ist knapp 55m2 groß und liegt weserseitig in einem Turm des s.g. 'Columbus-Centers'. Sie wurde im Sommer 2010 komplett renoviert und eingerichtet.

The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the landmarks of Wilhelmshaven: the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge and the popular Südstrand with various and good restaurants and bars. Large windows let plenty of light into the apartment and ensure a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment has three double beds and one single bed. It is perfect for a great stay with family and friends.

In the kitchen there is a dishwasher and a washing machine in addition to the usual equipment with a stove, oven and refrigerator. Upstairs are the bedroom and the bathroom with shower. The apartment was completely renovated in 2017. Everything is new and ready for you.

The house is absolutely quiet and offers the perfect place to relax. Our small forest and meadow offer many opportunities for children and adults to play. It is only 3 kilometers to Weserstrand.
