Apartment with garden, kitchen, private shower bathroom, bedroom with double bed and living room with sofa bed. Seven kilometers away you can reach the center of Pieve Santo Stefano by car where you can find everything you need such as a pharmacy and supermarket, as well as restaurants and bars.

The Stalla

The rural house or "Farmhouse" of the Podere di Belforte has ancient origins. Its roots are the history of the hills of Villamagna, where it was erected in the Middle Ages. The first attestations date back to 1200. The architectural structure, the various stone-cracks and the wooden architraves in the walls - brought back to view after the restoration - clarify its use as a Watchtower. In 1700, it was transformed into a farmhouse for agricultural use.
