On the 2nd floor of a recent building, the apartment is well insulated, in a quiet area, close to shops and the city center. 10 min walk to Paris metro, bus and tram. Mon appartement est situé dans un immeuble ancien typiquement parisien dans un quartier animé et familial de Paris, à 50 mètres du cimetière du Père Lachaise, dans une rue calme proche de la place Gambetta. Il dispose d'un balcon qui offre la possibilité de déjeuner ou de prendre un verre. Il peut accueillir idéalement 2 adultes mais le canapé se transforme en lit une place pour accueillir un troisième voyageur.
