A cozy 40 m2 place consisting of a bedroom with double bed, living room open to equipped kitchen, and a large bathroom with toilet. There is also a balcony overlooking a quiet street. On the 2nd floor of a recent building, the apartment is well insulated, in a quiet area, close to shops and the city center. 10 min walk to Paris metro, bus and tram. I hope you feel as good as I do!

Cozy and functional studio, refurbished. We are a 3-minute walk from transport (Montreuil town hall, line 9), shops (Biocoop, Naturalia, Carrefour...), cinema and theater. Montreuil is a very pleasant city with lots of good restaurants and a very rich cultural life.
