Clean and safe space for 2 girls in their 20s. The host was helpful and responsive. Location is ok, close walk to the metro that connects every where you need to go, but be prepared for 30+ minute commutes to central Paris. Overall a great stay!

Very pleasant stay 30 minutes from the center of Paris by metro. The accommodation is very well located, quiet, nicely decorated and perfectly as described. Special mention to Maria, who showed great flexibility: because of a large train delay, we arrived very late, and we were given the keys directly in person on the forecourt of the Gare du Nord! The check-out was also simple and smooth, with keys handed over in the mailbox. Easy and quick communication, highly recommend. Thank you Maria! ☺️

The accommodation was great, I can recommend it 100%! The location was also good, 10 min to the metro. Restaurants and supermarkets were all next door. The only thing that needs to be adjusted is the address, as it did not match. Otherwise, great accommodation, I would book again.

I had a fantastic stay at Carole’s apartment. It’s in a great spot, a short walk to the RER line A and small supermarkets. Carole’s place has everything you could need, and is spacious and homely. I felt right at home. It’s quiet and secure. Carole is also very responsive and kind. Merci beaucoup Carole for a lovely stay!

We really loved to stay in JF's studio: it is really close to Robespierre metro 9 entrance and the studio is really cool. the studio has a great personality, it looks that the furniture is carefully chosen. it is tidy and clean. strongly recommended.

Victoria’s apartment was perfectly situated to explore Paris and the surrounding areas. The metro was very close as were supermarkets and a lovely Boulangerie/patisserie where we breakfasted every day. The apartment was quiet and had everything we needed and we felt relaxed and comfortable after our days out. Vincennes itself was very interesting with both the original Royal palace and the floral garden.

We only stayed for 3 nights but the place was very comfortable. We found out that it is not a self check-in when we arrived because Vincent had been waiting for us and when we arrived, he was really friendly and just gave us the basics on where everything is, felt really nice actually, a human touch, hasn't happened to us in a long while in our different bookings. The nearest metro station is about a 12 to 15 min walk from the apartment but it's not too bad at all. The accommodation is inside a gated building complex so we actually felt pretty safe, there where little kids and families so overall it was a nice neighborhood. Since the location is a bit far, Ubers were a bit expensive almost always so we highly recommend using the metro for this location. The place is as described. It was very clean and really nice to be honest. The bathroom is great. The water pressure is amazing and it has a washer machine with detergent included so really helpful. There's no a/c, just fans.

The apartment is the perfect place if you're on a trip in Paris. It's located in a quite neighborhood and you feel directly at home. Like others already stated, also we found some baguette and croissants from the really good bakery just across the street as a welcome gift, which is absolutely nice and tasted so good! In just a few minutes walking you find everything you need - a supermarket, bakeries, little restaurants and bistrots and also a bus and métro station that get you around really easily. It was a wonderful stay, highly recommended! :)

It is definitely a place that is very worth staying, although it may seem small, the organization of things makes it really so, and the amount of things you can find in the accommodation, I loved it!!! I would definitely come back!!!

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

Loved the space. Smaller than what we thought & a very interesting place above a car auto shop. The space itself was very clean& fun. We took advantage of the sauna, jacuzzi& outdoor space. The only thing I hated was the shampoo…I felt like I couldn’t get clean because it left my hair all sticky. We also wanted more towels than we were given! Other than that we loved it and were glad to have a space away from the city.

We had an unforgettable birthday evening in this absolutely perfect rooftop apartment! From the first exchanges, the hosts were incredibly responsive, friendly and attentive: each question received an almost immediate answer. Everything is designed to make your stay easier: a clear and complete user manual, a functional kitchen with dishwasher! A large friendly table, beds are very comfortable and fans in each room, ideal with the heat, well-appointed spaces, and the terrace keeps all its promises! Several seats allow you to create different atmospheres, and the jacuzzi is just exceptional. Everything was in place for a successful evening with friends. We had planned to go to the music festival but... we preferred to stay there! That's to say, the place was perfect... In summary: a unique place, well equipped, and perfectly suited to a festive moment. I would recommend it without a second thought!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.
