Loved our time in Haarlem! Sara’s place was great! Construction is being done across the street, in the smaller front room you could hear the workers in the morning. You need a sound machine if you are a light sleeper, it did not bother my cousin at all. Also, the stairs are extremely steep. Sara is right, you need to be physically fit and have good balance. We thought it was awesome and got used to the stairs quickly. The worst part was getting the luggage up the stairs. We definitely laughed and used our muscles. The location is perfect!!!!!

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we loved it! The space was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described/pictured. The location is amazing! Very peaceful but also in the heart of Haarlem, extremely close to many shops and restaurants. The walk to the train station is incredibly short so it’s very easy to go into Amsterdam or anywhere else you may want to go. Throughout our stay Susan was extremely communicative and helpful. We felt extremely welcomed. Check-in was seamless and we really appreciated that we were able to store our luggage there prior to check-in time, because our flight got in around 9AM. It was very sweet that our luggage was even taken up the stairs to the loft for us! We loved it here and would definitely stay again on future visits and highly recommend.

The tiny house is thoughtfully designed and has everything you’ll need during your stay in Haarlem. Bas was a communicative host and made sure that I felt right at home.

Simon was always available for any questions we had…he is a very nice guy. Apartment is cute..perfect for the two of us and very close to the city center where restaurants and shops are located. The train station is only a 10 minute walk. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to rent in Haarlem.
