Guest house in the countryside. Located in a separate building on our property. The apartment has one (bed) room/kitchen, furnished hall and bathroom and is 35 sqm. Cozy location by the forest between the sea and the lake (4-5 km). Perfect for a starting point to both Skåne and Blekinge. Bromölla has nice hiking/biking trails by the sea, along Lake Ivösjön, in the beech forest. Sölvesborg 12 km, an old town center and nice beaches. Sweden Rock 20 km Kjugekull Bouldering 8 km Sheets and towels are not included, can be arranged if we are home!

Newly built (2020), bright and fresh apartment (54 m2) on the farm Fagraslätt, 10 km from Kristianstad. The farm is located three kilometers from a lake and 20 km from the sea and Åhus' beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural environment, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite you to bike trips around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad, there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep on the sofa bed.

The house is decorated in an old, cozy style with all the daily luxury as dishwasher, washing machine and a modern bathroom. You have access to own pier with rowboat, kayak and swimming. There are plenty of opportunities to go fishing, hiking or see moose’s or deer’s near the house

Stugan har ett sovloft, sovrum, modernt badrum och ett mysigt vardagsrum med en öppen spis för kvällar framför brasan. Elbilsladdstation på parkeringen✅ Rekommenderat för par / familjer. Fester ej tillåtna och det är viktigt att inte hålla hög volym utomhus på kvällarna efter 21.00.

Suitable for both families/couples/singels. The busstop - 1 min walk, supermarket 4 min walk. Kristianstad college/university 2 min. There is a parking place to the house. During winter months in Sweden it is 22 degrees in the house.

Cozy cottage (build 2022) in a lovely quiet environment in Kristianstad surrounded by forest, fields and nature. In 2024, a patio was built with a lovely view. 2026 we have upgrade the kitchen with a dishwasher and more storage Our target is to have a clean and tidy cabin.
