Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Unsere Einliegerwohnung ist 30qm groß, hat ein gemütliches, großes Zimmer mit Kamin, ein kleines Bad und eine kleine Küche, Sie liegt 300m vom schönen Zippendorfer Strand entfernt und verfügt über einen seperaten Eingang. Eine Parkmöglichkeit befindet sich vor der Tür, aber bitte so parken, dass wir mit dem Fahrrad noch vorbeikommen! Der Garten kann genutzt werden.
