Se amate tuffarvi in mare al mattino presto, raggiungete la piccola spiaggia di s.Anna oppure gli scogli di Ischia Ponte per una nuotata prima di gustare un cornetto ischitano .. che è molto più di un croissant! Ricordate che ad ogni discesa corrisponde una salita!!!

Profumo di mare è un attico bilocale di nuova costruzione, in villa, con un ampio terrazzo panoramico. È situato nella baia di Cartaromana, con vista sul golfo di Napoli (Vesuvio, penisola Sorrentino, isole di Capri, Procida e Vivara). L'attico è al secondo piano ed è costituito da una camera da letto, un soggiorno con divano letto e angolo cottura, ed un bagno, per un totale di 40 mq. L'ampio terrazzo (50 mq), coperto per metà da una tettoia, è attrezzato con ogni comfort.

"CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;

THE HOUSE PROVIDES GUESTS WITH AN UMBRELLA AND THREE DECKCHAIRS TO USE ON THE ADJACENT FREE BEACH, A FEW METERS AWAY THERE ARE PAID BATHING ESTABLISHMENTS, AND RESTAURANTS AND BARS OF THE LIDO MARONTI. PARKING IS AVAILABLE ON THE BLUE STRIPED MARONTI ROAD.

The apartment consists of a bedroom, bathroom, living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, terrace overlooking a large garden with a privileged view of the enchanting bay of Citara, where the suggestive shades of the Forian sunsets offer contrasting and intense emotions every day. The apartment is about 300 meters from the beaches of Citara, Cava dell'Isola and the "Giardini Poseidon" Thermal Park. The historic center is about 2 km away.

Apartment consisting of a living room with TV, kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms. AIR CONDITIONING ONLY IN THE BEDROOMS. It is located in the historic center of Forio. Panoramic terrace on the third floor equipped with a table, sofas, sun loungers and a countertop with a sink (shared space with the host who uses the terrace only for drying laundry). Please note: You can use the terrace until midnight. Visitors are not allowed.
