unquestionably it's the location (just by the sea) and the terrace with an exceptional view that make all the charm. regarding the accommodation itself: very convenient and well-equipped kitchen, the rustic bathroom, the simple room with good bedding. It was perfect for us and we will gladly come back.

Had a fantastic time at Enricos place, he was the perfect host. Location was ideal, close to restaurants/Cafes and bars. Enrico let us in early which was great.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The listing was accurate, and the place was exactly as described. The host was highly responsive and proactive, providing clear instructions on how to access the apartment. Inside, there was a wealth of information about nearby attractions and how to navigate public transport. The apartment's location was perfect—just a 3-minute walk to the gondola, which gave us easy access to different areas. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Gaetano is a very personable, helpful and open host. He picked me up from the ferry when I arrived in the late evening and took me back to the ferry on departure. Regarding arrival and departure times, he was very flexible and generous. I felt the contact with him was very pleasant. I would have liked to learn more about his artistic work. The accommodation is beautifully located and in particular the bedroom nicely decorated. The many terraces and flower meadows offer opportunities for sunbathing and at the same time the opportunity to enjoy the view in silence. The amenities are basic, but especially for solo travelers, Gaetano's offer is a great value for money. Starting points for beautiful hikes are within walking distance. Public transport runs regularly and is easily accessible. I walked out of the garden with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and would love to come back.

This apartment was excellent and I will would certainly stay there again next time in Naples. The balcony is fantastic with an amazing view and adds a unique aspect to this apartment that by itself makes it worthwhile. The neighborhood is wonderful, family oriented, safe, interesting, and close to both the upper heights of Naples as well as <10 minute walk to the historical center and numerous restaurants etc. The cable car (Funiculare) makes the climb up the hill easy if you have difficulty, but it is 5 minutes walking up and great exercise. The hosting is unique, the hosts live across the hall and made me feel right at home, and the son, Max, who officially manages it is extremely responsive and helpful. They even helped me find my next apartment nearby when I wanted to extend my stay but their apartment was reserved. The inside of the apartment is not spacious but sufficient for a couple, with plenty of space to organize clothing, which a lot of AirBnB's overlook.

We loved our stay at Casa Rubina. Loredana is a wonderful host and puts lots of lovely extra touches into her airbnb, the apartment is spotless and comfortable and the location is perfect for walking to the restaurants and shops and also close to the gardens and the beach. Capri is a very beautiful Island and easy to get around. We would highly recommend Loredana’s apartment if you’re visiting Capri and we hope to return one day.

Very practical location. Nice and in general a great, efficient vacation apartment with good floor disposal with separate sleeping- and bath rooms. Fast communication on the few questions we had. Recommended!

Great views and location!

The excellent location, easy to walk downtown and Piazzetta. We love the nearby market. We missed 1 bedroom with a larger double bed, the bed was small. Good walk to the beach, to get down is easy, difficult to climb..but there are buses.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was very clean, quiet and comfortable and we would not hesitate to book again. Gianpiero was always contactable and quick to respond to any queries. Near the seafront, train station, subway and close to some good restaurants and bars. City centre walkable. Thanks to Gianpiero.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in Naples. The apartment was absolutely spotless clean. The roof top terrace was stunning, even better than the photos. We had such a great time and would love to return someday. Very close to the funicular so easy to get around and communication from the host was great.

Luca was absolutely fantastic the whole stay, great recommendations, had a night I won’t forget due to his advice, fantastic guy and couldn’t have asked for more, would love to come back here as is a gorgeous town, all in all amazing.

Roberta’s place is immaculate and has extremely well thought out and furnished. She is the best air bnb host I have come across, proactive and kind- giving details for taxi companies, local amenities and providing a sweet treat on arrival. She allowed us to check in slightly early and made sure we had everything we needed. The flat is well located and it’s helpful to have Roberta show you the different entrances. The mattress is quite firm and it does get a bit warm without air conditioning but it is a perfect stay otherwise for a few days. Thank you for being such a great host!

Luca's a considerate host, and one feature we liked is that the air conditioning is in both bedrooms and the front room and works really well.

My girlfriend and I stayed in Ilaria's apartment for two days. We had a great time! A ten and praise to Ilaria for everything: impeccable cleanliness, friendliness, availability, flexibility of check-in/out, location of the accommodation. The owner also kindly allowed us to park the rented scooter inside without any problems. And the last treat, given our difficulty in reaching the port to store our luggage, Ilaria was kind enough to offer us a bus ticket. We'll definitely be back!

Our host greeted us in city center and walked us to the apartment. He showed us around and made sure we knew how to work the TV and AC! We loved our stay and would definitely return!

Francesco greeted us with a smile and a helping hand up the one flight of outdoor stairs and the one flight of indoor stairs to his beautiful apartment. He, unlike other hosts, quickly accepted our last minute request to book when we realized we needed to cancel the first place we chose. He allowed us to enter even when his cleaners were quickly finishing up a last minute job for us. The apartment is on two floors - 2 BR & 2 BA on the first, and a fabulous open, light, colorful kitchen/salon upstairs with sliders to a large terrace with a table and loungers and beautiful panaromic view of the water and mountains - exactly what I had hoped for. The kitchen was equipped with the basics. Everything was clean and comfortable. Lacco Ameno is an underrated gem on Ischia. The perfect little peaceful seaside village with shops, restaurants and mildly bustling local scene day and night. Bus stop, thermal bath park and best gelateria very close. Highly recommended! Raffaela’s communication was excellent before & during our stay. Great location with lovely restaurants nearby & we enjoyed a daily dip, 5mins walk away at Spiaggia del Pescadora. Most importantly, this apartment was super clean which made for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Giada’s place is lovely—extremely high ceilings, excellent heavy shutters, very quiet while still in a convenient location. We would happily stay here again. Giada herself is also lovely! She was very helpful with check-in (the morning after the booking started), with remaking the bed the following day with a warmer duvet, and really went above and beyond ensuring we had a taxi for the airport at 5:30AM. Five stars!

The view is amazing and we enjoyed having access to the beach. Stefano was friendly, proactive, and worked to accommodate an early check in due to our early ferry arrival.

Luigi treated us as if we were friends staying in his place! He met us in the town square and walked us to the house! Offered his help with setting up any services you needed. Whether it was renting bikes/scooters to finding a boat tour around the island. The place was very clean and set up perfectly. It was close to many different shops, restaurants, markets, and beaches. We want to come back and stay again. I would definitely recommend!
