We had a fantastic stay at Antonietta's place! The house is beautiful, authentic and extremely well stocked for any living needs - there were beach umbrellas and beach towels, blankets and duvets (which came in handy on cold nights in April), lots of cooking utensils and kitchen basics etc. We also loved the outdoor spaces. There was a small issue with one of the bathrooms and Antonietta was extremely responsive and courteous about resolving it. We would absolutely come back and recommend it wholeheartedly!

We really enjoyed our vacation. We were a group of 6 people, including 3 children. The house and the area are wonderful, the trees provide freshness and the birds sing beautifully every day, especially in the morning. The house is clean, cozy and has everything you need. The beach is close, but with children it is better to have a means of transport, because it was quite difficult for us to get down the mountain. We were satisfied with our vacation. Thank you.

Everything! everything is perfect, very clean and very well thought out! We were a family of 4 and a couple we had everything we wanted and even more: warm and super generous welcome! Very clean house! Very large and very well-equipped and airy house. Perfect bedding! Perfect location!!! 10 stars if that were possible! The owner is of absolute kindness and discretion! Better than I expected and I expected a lot after reading the reviews and seeing the pictures. Anita is so kind and helpful, she is as warm as her place is. My favorite part of the house is the view, my second favorite is the artwork throughout the house. It’s not only beautiful but it’s special because it was a mother daughter collaboration by Anita and her daughter. It gave the house an extra touch of love. It’s easy to get to the square from Anita’s and there’s everything you need right outside the door of the house. A grocery store, snack bar, gelato and a few restaurants. I loved sitting on the patio and just taking in the supreme view. I will be staying at Anita’s every time I come back to Capri from now on!

The place is amazing! Guiseppe is really helpful and kind. He helps you with the luggage, local things. The house was clean, and airco was on when we arrived. Guiseppe is good with communication true translate apps. Make sure you have them before you arrive. Going up is as described, an adventure. We rented a scooter - one of us got up with the scooter ( not so easy), the other one had a great hike. So make so you are fit enough. It’s worth it. Nearby is an amazing local restaurant, 300m away from the house . Guiseppe called the restaurant and the lady cooked only for us. It was delicious! Real Italian meal and vibe! I can only recommend this place and its owner. Loved our stay! Adventure and all!

This place is a gem that we could not even imagine! We felt like we were in a movie, sitting on this amazing patio in the garden overlooking the marina and the ocean. The communication with Daniela was great, she feels like family and made our visit to Capri extraordinary ! We will miss this apartment, the beautiful garden, the view and this island. If you want an out of this world travel experience you have to stay here at Villa Torricella :-))))

We had a great time at Christian's house - super quiet location in an idylic and non-touristical setting. Ischia Porto ist good to reach - even on foot, if you are used to walking a bit. The huse is beautifully designed & renovated. The host's outstanding taste is very visible. Special asset: the rooftop terrace.

Beautiful villa and wonderful hosts. The hosts were attentive to our needs and answered all questions we had. The villa is spacious and stunning…would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved the house with several patio’s, ocean views and gorgeous flowers in this peaceful location! Staying in Anacapri is the way to go since Capri was SUPER busy with day trippers. Ivan was a great host, he set up a taxi for us upon arrival in Marina Grande and he also recommended an amazing boat company(Danilo) for an amazing private boat day on the water. One thing to mention is that there are definitely stairs to get to and from the house but we thought it was totally worth it for the views!!!

Absolutely beautiful home with an amazing view, great location, easy access to the beach and the main town. The host was wonderful and extremely responsive and helpful and gave lots of recommendations that exceeded expectation. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying here again.

We loved our stay! Our family of four, including two teenage sons, stayed for the first week of June. Their home is stunning, very private, with dramatic views of the Bay of Naples, and beautiful gardens. Everything was immaculate. We cooked meals at home often. The kitchen had everything and the dinnerware was beautiful. We loved the decorating, comfortable furniture and views from inside and out. The area is very quiet so sleeping with windows open (no need for A/C) was a treat. The outdoor seating was very comfortable. An outdoor shower too! Christiana arranged for groceries just prior to our arrival - so kind and helpful. Enzo, the very nice gardener and driver, transported us when we needed a ride. We walked into Anacapri center often, 20 minutes for us, and also walked by path to the Blue Grotto to swim, maybe 15 minutes. Christiana was the absolute best communicator and host. She responded immediately and helped often with great recommendations. Thank you.

This apartment was a dream. Gorgeous views, well stocked and clean kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms. The host reached out a few days before our arrival to see if we wanted her to arrange a taxi pick up from the ferry and a porter for our bags. I highly recommend both. There are a lot of stairs to navigate up to the apartment. I’d highly recommend this place!

We loved this home & the views from all three patios were amazing! It was as described and well decorated and clean. Mrs Caterina, who works with host, was super kind and made check in to check out extremely easy by arranging taxis and luggage porters to/from. She even met us at the ferry dock which was super helpful since it was our first time to Capri. As mentioned in listing, there are quite a few stairs from gate to front door but it didn’t bother us at all but we’d recommend the taxi & porter. We felt the house and view were worth the walk! It was beautiful!

Our stay at this villa on Capri was truly fantastic. From the moment of arrival, we were extremely kindly welcomed by the host, who was not only warm, but also gave valuable tips about the island – from restaurants to sightseeing. The location of the villa is perfect: quiet, but still close to everything. We were able to do a lot by foot, which is really a plus on Capri. The view is breathtaking; waking up every morning with such a panorama is an experience in itself. The house and facilities were even better than in the photos. Everything was sparkling clean, classic and stylishly furnished and equipped with all the comforts you could wish for. In short: this villa has exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for those looking for comfort, charm and a top location on Capri. We'd love to come back here again!

Staying in Jan’s place was really a treat especially with the pool, which was much larger than what I expected. It was so wonderful to walk to the restaurant with a divine view to bay. We are sure to return to Jan’s place with his hospitality and lovely home.

Anna has an amazing space. It reminded me of a loft apartment I had in Brooklyn! She is extremely friendly, informative, and helpful. The directions she provided to drive to her location were spot on and she was even there to help guide us. Overall, the environment was a lovely oasis away from the bustle of the city but still close enough to enjoy the night life.

Casa Bianca is a great place to stay. The 7 of us found comfortable and do recommend. It’s spacious with four bedrooms; two are upstairs (air conditioned, shared bathroom); one of the bedrooms downstairs is not air conditioned and best suited to a single person. The roof top terrace has sweeping views and a good place to sit. We did have a few issues, but Lukas and team were super attentive and rectified most in a day (replaced front door lock, shower head, fixed bedroom lights). We learnt to use one shower at a time otherwise upstairs loses all pressure and run air conditioners on low fan to avoid power trips. A short 5 minute walk is Giardini Ravino resort which is run by Lukas’ family and we were given full access to the fabulous cactus gardens, swim pools, steam room and restaurant which had a great breakfast and on Mon, Wed, Fri and Sat there is live musicians for dinner with the backdrop of the cactus gardens. Lukas arranged motor scooters hire, these were delivered to house.

You won't believe this place until you get there, it is so airy and lovely. The air smelled divine due to her gardens, not kidding. You do have to get used to the driving with narrow roads, but you will. We loved the pool and Linda herself was just fantastic. She was so thoughtful and even provided fresh fruit and expresso!

A great stay in this welcoming and very well maintained villa. The setting is beautiful, with views of the Bay of Pouzzoles, mandarinniers and lemon trees. Quiet and far from the tumults of Naples. about twenty minutes walk from a train station that serves Naples quickly via very clean and inexpensive trains. Pouzzoles also has the advantage of having very good restaurants (Diego Vitagliano, Terronnia...) and serving the islands of Ischia and Procida very easily via Ferry. Hosts were very welcoming and accommodating on departure and arrival times. It makes you want to come back, thanks again!

Our stay was wonderful! Rita met us at the house for check-in and check-out, which gave it a personalized feel. We had a group of 8 adults for the whole house. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group. It would even be great for families with children. The enclosed yard is beautiful with many fruit trees, a small pool, several outdoor seating areas, and a lot of charm. There were many shops, bars & restaurants within a few minutes of walking and the Italian island nightlife culture was great. I recommend this property and would stay here again!

This place is so wonderful I almost don’t want to tell you about it in case it’s always booked up! It is a beautiful location with a view of the sea, and walking distance to Forio. We found beautiful beaches and restaurants in Forio. Suggest hiring a car to see the rest of the island. The house has lots of space and the small fish pond was a huge hit with my kids. A great place for a group holiday or large family.

The location of the Silent Villa is worth the five star. Anacapri is a quieter more relaxed spot to land and just a few winding steps behind the piazza is this villa. We enjoyed the garden space especially and is where we preferred to spend our time. While there is no instruction manual, host is very responsive for any questions, concerns you may have.
