El salón comedor está equipado con un confortable sofá, una TV de pantalla plana y una mesa de comedor para 8 comensales. La cocina dispone de todo lo necesario para que disfrutes de una estancia relajante y sin imprevistos. El balcón- terraza tiene unas excelentes vistas a los tejados de Barcelona. La zona de noche se compone de tres dormitorios: dos de ellos disponen de dos camas individuales juntas (pueden separarse bajo petición previa), armarios y baño en-suite con ducha. Uno de los dormitorios tiene acceso a la terraza con vistas. El tercer dormitorio dispone de dos confortables camas individuales y espacio para guardar las pertenencias. Los huéspedes que se alojen en el tercer dormitorio también tendrán su propio baño con ducha ubicado en el pasillo. El apartamento dispone de plaza de párquing para un coche grande con un coste de 20€ dia. En la zona encontraremos otros parkings públicos. Este apartamento está ubicado en una finca de viviendas privadas. La finca tiene servicio de consergería de 8h a 13h y de 17h a 19h de lunes a viernes y sábados de 8h a 13h. Se deben cumplir las normas básicas de respeto, convivencia y ruido para no molestar ni ser molestado, ya sea en el interior del apartamento o en las zonas comunes de la finca. Para su seguridad no sobrecargue los ascensores. Capacidad máxima 4 personas ó 2 personas + 2 maletas. Don't miss out on staying at one of only six unique 'El Alma de Las Ramblas' flats, all of them located in a recently renovated historical 19th century building. We are three friends who decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most emblematic street: Las Ramblas. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration. We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. Guests have access to the entire studio. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one. The compact layout makes intuitive use of space featuring a kitchenette while there’s also diminutive balcony This apartment is located at the epic center of Barcelona, just off at the beginning of Las Ramblas street. The area is known for its myriad activities and abundant pedestrians who have come to stroll, shop and dine in the city's most dynamic street. This apartment is as central as central can be! You will be able to walk* to many worthwhile sites: 1. La Boquería Market: 4 minute walk 2. Picasso Museum: 13 minute walk 3. La Pedrera: 22 minute walk 4. La Sagrada Familia: 42 minute walk 5. La Barceloneta (former fishermen´s neighborhood by BCN´s port): 25 minute walk 6. The beach: 30 minute walk. For a seaside view or stroll (15 mins walk) 7. Shortly after the confirmation of your reservation, we will write to you to collect the "tourist tax" that is obligatory and established by the Generalitat de Catalunya. Bohemian Dreams at a Plant-filled Design Loft near the Beach

The loft was here before we moved in. It is one of the oldest buildings in Poblenou. The apartment was transformed into a big open space that includes a kitchen, a dining area, a sofa, a TV, an office space, and the bedroom. The place is in the ground floor, so it is accessible by disabled people and family with a child. We enjoy the afternoon sun and the mornings. We have sun shining into the entrance and the terrace. We've kept a lot of the industrial fittings in the space, and a lot of the furniture we've implemented follows this industrial design. One should not forget that it used to be an industrial space until earlier this year, and it's not a conventional apartment. It's one big open space, and the guest room is separated. Guests will have full access to the apartment. The accommodation includes a big open kitchen, dining area, sofa and TV area, bathroom, bedroom, terrace and plenty of space. We are usually available and love to interact with our guests. However, there are moments in which we are not available to our guests because we have our own plans. We also respect the fact that you may have plans, and don't have time to interact with us. However, we would like to enjoy a meal together at least, either a brunch or an evening snack. Our neighborhood is a vibrant, and up and coming area of Barcelona, it's a maximum 5 minutes walk to the beach, and the yellow Metro line crosses just straight outside the apartment. You need to remember the Selva de Mar stop. Around the block, there are some small restaurants and bars, there is a big supermarket called Mercadona for late night snack shopping (until 9:15 pm) or in Diagonal shopping center (until 10:00 pm). Or if you need to buy red wine for dinner. If you walk another two blocks to the South you'll find the Rambla del Poblenou, that is a pedestrian street and has numerous bars and restaurants of different quality. The Rambla Poblenou is straight all the way from Diagonal to the beach. If you like to eat tapas we can recommend you a restaurant that it is called La Tertulia in La Rambla del Poblenou or the another option is Bitacoras Restaurant near to the Rambla. If you like to eat Mexican food, “Los chilis” in La Rambla del Poblenou is a very good choice. But if you´re vegan or vegetarian, there is a vegan restaurant in front of the apartment, inside the Factory/Garden (Palo Alto) which opens Monday to Saturday. The last recommendation is “El Traspaso” which is in the corner and it is good option for the night:) You can end the night with a good cocktail and a Bloody Mary. The metro yellow line runs opposite to the beach, 5 minutes walk distance and the metro station you should look for is Selva de Mar. One thing to remember is that we are having our business registered in the space, we are freelancers, and work from home, but if someone asks, you are simply friends visiting us. Poblenou is a vibrant, up-and-coming area, with small cafes, art studios, and a pedestrian street with many restaurants and bars. The beach is just five minutes' walk away, and the yellow Metro line crosses right outside the apartment.

Vintage Concept Flat in Chic Neighbourhood

Newly renovated industrial vintage apartment ideally located in the Eixample Derecha district also known as the "Golden Triangle" of Barcelona, on a 5 min’ walking distance from Passeig de Gracia and Sagrada Famila with fancy bars, restaurants & shops. Decorated with original vintage furniture and pieces of art. The apartment has been recently renovated (April 2014) and we were keen in maintaining all the original details of 1930 like the high brick vaulted ceilings and typical Barcelona tile floors. We decorated it putting all our love and dedication into it. The apartment has original vintage furniture from all over Europe (mainly from the late fifties) and art pieces from local and international artists. The neighborhood has plenty of " chic" or more local restaurants, fancy bars and grocery stores. The location is a must as it is 5 min walk from the famous Gaudi House "La Pedrera (Casa Mila)" and Passeig the Gracia with all its luxury stores. The Sagrada Familia is 4 blocks away and can be easily reached by foot. The apartment has been used by several production houses to shoot commercials. The apartment has a touristic license which is mandatory in Catalonia (H UTB 008138). Hallway (5M2) A large living and dining room (35 M2); A large double bedroom (20 M2); One bathroom (13 M2). This cosy and relaxed neighbourhood is filled with covered markets, grocery shops, restaurants, and bars. The nearest Metro is Verdaguer (yellow line) at the end of the street (2 min walk) and brings you directly to all the interesting places e.g old town, beach ... The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the utensils you may need to cook. It has also a build in extra large washing machine. The apartment has a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. Luxury linen and towels are provided including organic bathing products (i.e. moisturizing shampoo, moisturizing shower gel, body lotion, facial cleanser, and soap). Baby chairs and baby beds can be provided upon request. A cleaning and cooking service can be offered during your stay as well as a taxi service to and from the airport. Public parking is available in front of the apartment (outside) and free depending of the area and timing. Private parking (covered with guard and 24 accessible) is available at a special rate of 15 Euros a day.

Just outside the old city, Dreta de L'Example's leafy boulevards are home to Gaudi stunners like Casa Battlo and Casa Mila (La Pedrera). Hight-end shopping on the ritzy Passeig de Gracia is just a few blocks away, with Plaza Catalunya and the famous Ramblas located less than 15 minutes walk from our building. The apartment is in a prime central location, where you can walk to most of the important points of Barcelona. Sagrada familia 15 minutes walk, as well as plaza Catalunya, Ramblas, and the old town distric. Passeig de Gracia famous avenue is just 5 minutes walk. The nearest metro stations, just 2 block away, are the L-4 Yellow Line, Girona stop, and the L-5 Blue Line, Verdaguer stop. The L-4 will take you to the beach, 3 stops away, while the L-5 will get you to Sants, the main Rail Station, 4 stops away. From the airport, a taxi will take 40 minutes and cost around 40€, or you can take the Airport Shuttle Bus ( 30/35 minutes and 5,50€) to Plaza Catalunya, which is a short-15 minute walk from our building. -City tax is not included on the price. You have to pay it cash or credit card at the check in: 2.48€/person/night. Kids under 12 years old do not pay. -Check-in time is at 15:00hs but we always try to adapt to our guests if we don't have another group of people checking-out the same day. One of us will be waiting for you in the flat at the time previously agreed to give you the keys and help you with anything you may need. There is no 24 hours reception so it's very important for us to know your exact arrival time and your flight number. There is an extra charge for late check-in: from 21:00hs to 23:00hs: 30€, after 23:00hs: 50€ to be paid when you arrive to the apartment. -Check-out time is at 11:00hs.
